Since he was a child in Stafford, Missouri, Carl has been around auto repair. His stepfather would buy people's old cars, repair them, and then sell them for a profit. Being around a skilled auto mechanic piqued his interest and he got a job in auto repair right after high school. He's been in the industry ever since and in 2008 bought an auto repair shop, cleaned it up, and hired the most adept auto mechanics he could find. Business has been growing and thriving ever since.
Not only do we have a genuine passion for auto repair, but we also are deeply dedicated to our community. We support the many local artists in the Springfield area and invite them to share their art in our state-of-the-art facilities. Carl has dedicated over 35 years to the automotive industry, founding and owning Complete Automotive for the past 16 years. Beyond his professional expertise, Carl finds joy in family life, sharing it with his beloved spouse and three children. His passions extend beyond the workshop; he revels in scuba diving, boating, and running, often exploring new destinations with his family. A fervent sports enthusiast, Carl cheers passionately for both the Kansas City Chiefs and the Pittsburgh Steelers, reflecting his diverse interests and unwavering dedication.
Maureen H, Owner
Maureen has been in the car industry since 2008, with previous work in cosmetology. She has a passion for great customer service and enjoys helping customers from Springfield and the surrounding communities. Maureen particularly likes adding a female touch to the shop and automotive repair industry, and she is glad to see that influence on automotive service. Some of Maureen's hobbies include going to the lake, fishing, and hiking, making jewelry, and traveling. Carl and Maureen also enjoy activities with their sons, Tyler and Trey.
Scott K, ASE Master Technician
Scott began his journey at Complete Automotive in 2019 as an apprentice, where he successfully graduated from their in-house apprentice program. Growing up in a large family with seven siblings, he was homeschooled, fostering a strong sense of independence and collaboration. Scott's passion lies in restoring classic cars, a hobby that has become a true labor of love. When he's not working on cars, he enjoys traveling and exploring new places, broadening his horizons and experiences. Additionally, Scott is an avid dancer, often spending his free time perfecting his dance skills.

Logan has been with Complete Automotive since 2023 and is a part of our apprentice program. His professional goal is to become an ASE Master Certified Technician. Logan enjoys watching the Kansas City Chiefs, relishing in the excitement of their games. In his free time, he loves fishing and hunting, activities that connect him with nature. He also cherishes spending time with his dog, Mitzi, who is his constant companion.

ASE Master Technician with over 13 years of professional automotive experience. He is a family man with one son and expecting their second child soon. Jonathan currently has five dogs to love. His hobbies are playing with his son, loving on his dogs, and gaming. The best advice he has ever received: Measure twice, cut once, and always do what you said you would.
