This is one of the most honest, straight-shooting, kind, and compassionate companies I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Our car battery that I had gotten and had installed at Walmart turned out to be defective and that crushing reality hit us hard this morning. We tried contacting a few places that were within walking distance but the other places either didn't respond to the inquiry or wouldn't look at it til sometime next week. Then I found Complete Automotive on E Chestnut via google search and gave them a ring. The Gentleman that answered was very upbeat, positive, and extremely helpful. To be honest I really needed that positivity this morning and thank you so much for that too! We got our car towed and I informed him about the fact my husband has work all weekend and they told me they would try their absolute best to knock it out and have it ready by the end of today, and true to their word, they were able to get her back up and running today! They actually listened to me and knowing we are extremely pinched on funds, kept the price down as much as humanly possible and even gave us a ride to the shop to pick up our car!! Then they completely blew me away and honest to God made my faith in humanity go up a ton because when my husband got back he handed me this vase of gorgeous flowers and told me that it was from the shop❤️ knowing how absolutely God awful of a day we have had, they went so far above and beyond for us, this place now has another customer for life and any time something goes wrong with our car we will be coming here! Guys thank you so much for everything. You have no idea how much we appreciate everything y'all did for us today!

I made an appointment and came in for an oil change on my 2012 RAM pickup - 140,000 miles. Said it would take an hour (it did). Waiting area is good for an hour or so; if you don't want to wait, they have a shuttle service to take you (somewhere) and pick you up later. I made an appointment for the work a few days prior. When I arrived, they got right on it. (Chestnut facility.) Why an hour for an "oil change"? Oil change, inspection plus checking fluid levels, wear, tolerances and doing whatever it is that good mechanics do under vehicles. (One of the 4 'same age' tires is almost worn out. "Instant Oil Change" shops wouldn't notice that. ) They did a rather complete overall inspection of my vehicle and gave me a copy of it which we went over. They talked about any work needing to be done soon (none in my case), and work that should be done in the future (tires). If something needs work, there is no pressure to "sign up" for it. I am pleased with the work, the people and the business. Been there before; will be there again. Also: the facilities are VERY clean and neat!
