Good Morning First I would like to say your place was vary professional and polite. They was vary knowledgeable about my problem. The cost was not out of this world for what I needed done. Second I would like to have been involved more in the process as there was a part that was not changed out that I feel should have been. They said that the part was still in good shape and I have no choice but to believe that as I did not get anyway to see it. The transmission filter had to be taking out to fix the problem I had so to me that part should have been replaced as it had to be taken out anyway. I have not had any problems with my vehicle since. As I said earlier it was a fair price for what you guys did so replacing that part should not have been a costly issue. I understand you can't just change every part but if I was asked we could have come to a solution as I did not tell them from the beginning to change that part but it should have been asked at some point if I wanted it replaced. Overall I would recommend and use you guys again in the future. Thank You Mike

I left my car with JJ before going into work and by 2pm, he diagnosed my problems and fixed every issue. Picked up and back on the road within 6 hours. Fantastic work!

I am travelling and came in with a minivan that was overheating. After the diagnostic process, I was told that the head gasket was likely cracked and that it would require a new engine, which would in effect, cost more than the value of the vehicle. I was also told that I could try to make it home to Pittsburgh, PA with it as is. I thanked them, paid the $150 (new customer discount), and took it to another shop (unaffiliated with Complete Auto) for a second opinion. The second shop diagnosed a defective thermostat/thermostat housing and insisted that there was no evidence of a cracked head gasket. They told me that in the unlikely occurrence that it turned out to be a cracked head gasket, that it would constitute a misdiagnosis and that they would take care of me. They made the simple repair, flushed the cooling system, and had me on my way in a matter of hours. *Edit- I received a phone call on the day of this review from a very polite and professional representative of Complete Auto, who apologized for the mistake and explained how it may have happened. The cost of the diagnosis was refunded and a further (complimentary) diagnostic procedure was offered. I feel that they went out of their way to own up to an honest mistake and to make it right, so I added two stars to the rating.

The team at the chestnut location was extremely easy to work with and very eager to help me resolve the issues with my vehicle. Not only did they get me in in a timely fashion but they also went above and beyond to accommodate my lack of transportation when it came to needing a ride they quickly provided a ride for me with no question. I will personally recommend them to anyone asking me where they should get Auto repair done in the Springfield Missouri area hands down the best experience I've ever had with an automotive shop.

The team had great customer service. They are very professional. They provided transportation when dropping my vehicle off. They send details regarding repair suggestions via text for review. They took the time to make additional suggestions outside of their line of support for better vehicle health.
