The communication I received was the best I’ve ever experienced with a mechanic. Being without your vehicle is quite the inconvenience, so having the mechanic (Galen) answering all my questions at a moments notice was very helpful. Additionally it also helped communicate expectations as to when my car would be ready. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is the fact it took a few days for them to get a look at it once I dropped it off. It’s probably due to them being busy since they’re the best in Springfield. Quality work, quality people
