This was my first time going to Complete Automotive, and they went above and beyond helping me out. They helped me find a tow for my car, communicated openly to me the entire time the services and costs, and fixed my car very quickly. I will be going to complete automotive in the future for any auto issues.

Complete automotive is dear to my heart. The owners have become a significant part of my life. They pour into their community, they go beyond just being kind. They blessed me with this beautiful van that I have. And have walked with me every step the way to teach me not only how to care for my van, but also different principles and values in life. They serve their community humbly and are trustworthy and reliable. Their crew is honest kind and knowledgeable. There is not enough room here to tell all that I see and experienced in and through complete automotive and owners of said company. If you want someone who is trustworthy and has your best interests always at the forefront of there mind… then complete automotive is where I suggest you go. Also to know that this company is paying it forward in serving and caring for our community and making a difference.

Fawn- you are a dear friend and Child of God. We love you and are thankful for you. We can’t thank you enough for your kind words and sweet remarks for our family owned and operated business.

I went in to have a state vehicle inspection done and had a great experience. Galen was very kind and walked me through the process. Logan was my technician and did a great job. With their teamwork I felt truly heard, valued, and supported as a customer. Thank you guys! If you need auto work done give them a try. I’m glad I did.

I highly recommend this company at the Chestnut location. The people are friendly, courteous, and go out of their way to meet your car needs. I had an oil change and tire rotation, and they got on it immediately, quick and efficient. The pricing was very fair. I appreciate their respect and kindness. I have found my new go to place for car repairs.

I had a BMW back in 2016 - 2019 and I used to take it here and they did great work, not cheap, but it was always done well as far as I could tell. Forward to 2024, I have a Ford Cargo van. I took it in for some basic work and when I get it back there is a cable hanging down from the dash. I'm just not the complaining type, so I just let it go and went on. Then in late 2025 the van transmission went out. I had them replace it, and when they gave it back the van had a horrible squeaking noise and no longer goes into 1st gear. Before I had a chance to get back in there the serpentine belt slipped off or broke or whatever, the van over heated. Seems pretty suspicious that the engine parts needed to be moved around for the transmission repair failed right after a transmission repair, but how do I prove that?? I am currently looking for a mechanic to fix this, I'd like to go back to Complete Auto due to how professional they are over the phone and stuff, but good manners and professional talking don't mean good mechanics, and they obviously are no longer hiring the good ones, or maybe they just don't like Ford vans, IDK. But I would have to be a full on sucker to keep going back here. I'm done, no more of my money goes here.

This situation does not ring a bell. Would you please reach out to me at 417 866 6957 so we can discuss this matter? -Michael
