This place said they drained my brakes. They kept my car over Halloween weekend, the never called me to tell me they were going to keep my car over the weekend. No communication and I had to call to ask about my car several times. The company put 65 miles on my car and didn't know how they did it. My car smells like marijuana when I got my car back. I got a ride up there after the weekend to get my car back and they apologized for not communicating with me and told me they had someone to give me a ride to work. I was never told this when I had my car towed there for repair. I drove my car back home, the brakes didn't work and I asked for my money back and they refused to make things right with a customer. They sent some discount coupons in the mail for my next visit. I contacted the mangers and owners and I never heard from the owners and the manger took 1 week to talk to the owners to see if I was able to get a refund. I wouldn't ever run a business this way.
