As always, the work done to my wife's Subaru was completed quickly and without issues. Keeping up with the maintenance on this 11 year old car is key when you want to keep it around for a while, and at Complete automotive, their inspection catches those things that need to be done, and they always let me know what needs immediate attention and what can wait until a later time to be done.

My car died for unknown reasons in the middle of traffic. I had to get my car towed on a whim with the recommendation of the Tow driver for where to take it and I'm really glad I listened to his advice! They were able to take my car in and get to work as fast as possible (while they understandably already had a full day scheduled). They kept in contact with me every step of the way, never did anything without my approval, and were able to get me back on the road in a few days. Shout out to Galen for helping me find use for my warranty to get a an additional needed repair as well!

Had my Chevy Malibu in for a bad oil leak in two different places. A situation like this is always a bit stressful, but I can say with complete honesty that these guys were the easiest part of all of this. They are all super friendly and always kept me in the loop with my repair. Once they were able to find a solution that worked for my situation, they had my vehicle back to me that afternoon. Any questions I had were answered with respect and intelligence. Even the diagnostic and quoting part was sent to me directly with pictures and itemized parts. Knock on wood, but if I ever need to get my car to a shop again like this, I'm definitely bringing it to these guys.

Its hard to express the gratitude. My Chrysler Van was diagnosed with a huge repair. 6000.00-8000.00 (For Real) from another mechanic. I desperately needed a second opinion. Towed it to Custom Automotive . They have literally given my Van new life at 1/3 the price for proper repair. They set me down and explained EVERY detail. I will give them 100% on everything. Thank you Automotive friend for life!

The team always goes out of their way to both be honest about what needs to be done and explaining things in a way that we understand when we have questions. They are always kind, hospitable, and understanding.

I can’t say enough great things about Complete Automotive on South Campbell! The wheel bearing went out again on my Honda and they honored the warranty even though I was two days out (they were closed the last day of the warranty). Their kindness and true integrity shined in the light of what could’ve been a very bad situation for this single Mom. Thank you guys for always taking such good care of all our vehicles!!!
