Had air suspension problems on my 2016 Mercedes GL450 which are nice rides but finding qualified mechanics in my neighborhood is not easy. I called them they said they'd look at it and were sure repairs could be done and would give me estimate. I drove 81 miles dropped it off on a Saturday they are closed weekends. Put keys in drop box. Monday early they had it in knew the problem ordered the parts and was fixed by Friday. It runs smooth and they were always texting or calling giving me updates. I've found my new repair place.

I've got a horrible memory, so unfortunately I dont remember the names of the specific gentlemen that helped me, but ill be going back there anytime ive got an issue I cant or shouldn't fix myself. Outstanding customer service, very understanding and positive people. While waiting a very reasonable amount of time for them to complete their hard work, they were gracious enough to offer free snacks and cold drinks. I could see through the window that they were truly being thorough in their work, when they came to me with the results and findings, it was less than I expected based on previous experiences at other places, and the things they had recommended for the future came with them taking me to the problem areas and showing me exactly what they were talking about. No surprise repairs I didnt ask for, no ghost problems that I needed to fix before my car explodes, and I wasn't a moron for not knowing everything there is to know about a vehicle. TL;DR I'll gladly come back here when I need to, but thanks to their good honest work, that wont be often.
