This was my first time going to Complete Automotive, and they went above and beyond helping me out. They helped me find a tow for my car, communicated openly to me the entire time the services and costs, and fixed my car very quickly. I will be going to complete automotive in the future for any auto issues.

I went in to have a state vehicle inspection done and had a great experience. Galen was very kind and walked me through the process. Logan was my technician and did a great job. With their teamwork I felt truly heard, valued, and supported as a customer. Thank you guys! If you need auto work done give them a try. I’m glad I did.

I highly recommend this company at the Chestnut location. The people are friendly, courteous, and go out of their way to meet your car needs. I had an oil change and tire rotation, and they got on it immediately, quick and efficient. The pricing was very fair. I appreciate their respect and kindness. I have found my new go to place for car repairs.

I had a BMW back in 2016 - 2019 and I used to take it here and they did great work, not cheap, but it was always done well as far as I could tell. Forward to 2024, I have a Ford Cargo van. I took it in for some basic work and when I get it back there is a cable hanging down from the dash. I'm just not the complaining type, so I just let it go and went on. Then in late 2025 the van transmission went out. I had them replace it, and when they gave it back the van had a horrible squeaking noise and no longer goes into 1st gear. Before I had a chance to get back in there the serpentine belt slipped off or broke or whatever, the van over heated. Seems pretty suspicious that the engine parts needed to be moved around for the transmission repair failed right after a transmission repair, but how do I prove that?? I am currently looking for a mechanic to fix this, I'd like to go back to Complete Auto due to how professional they are over the phone and stuff, but good manners and professional talking don't mean good mechanics, and they obviously are no longer hiring the good ones, or maybe they just don't like Ford vans, IDK. But I would have to be a full on sucker to keep going back here. I'm done, no more of my money goes here.

This situation does not ring a bell. Would you please reach out to me at 417 866 6957 so we can discuss this matter? -Michael

Took my truck in for periodic maintenance. Changed out the brake fluid. Job done quickly, brakes working fine. Complete keeps me informed on periodic maintenance so I am able to extend the life of my vehicles. Great to feel that Im more than just a customer.

I was quoted a reasonable price for the repair, when the more complex repairs were not found necessary. They were patient and respectful with other questions I had about my car.

That’s what we are here for! Thank you for your support and allowing Complete Automotive to help you.

Absolute trash first and foremost they knew i was going to have to drive to Ozark for court and instead of telling me that my car wasn't going to be drivable they gave me my car still ticking. I walked there with my friend and dropped off my keys and that's when I told them about the ticking and the sounds my car was making. So I go I get the message that my car is ready I walk up there and the Bill had not been paid and it was not ready for pickup because they were waiting until my mom's money went through. It did an hour later I had to walk back home and back and then I go to get my car and none of my change was in the door handle that usually is. And I was really frustrated with the situation and that's when they proceeded to tell me that they have me recorded saying that I don't remember if I told them or not about the ticking. I am super disappointed and want everyone to know that this is a terrible place don't take your car there they take advantage of single women and women in general. Along with price gouging... I am absolutely disappointed and I need to get my motor fixed now thank you for $2,000 and yet I still can't drive my car. They let me get a warrant. Had they told me it wasn't drivable I would have arranged for a ride but I obtained a warrant for that. And I'm currently discussing things of my attorney. I sure hope that we can come to some sort of agreement. But if we can't I will definitely let everybody know what an absolute trash dump that place is.
