I've using Complete since their inception well over 20 years ago. Always competent people, who treat you fairly. They speak honestly when trying to decide to do with major repairs. They've helped me many times make big, expensive decisions with my vehicles. Always good to know they have my back. They're even willing to just advise me on how to do work myself. Love it!

whatever you do, do NOT go to these people i’m begging you lol. i brought my car here for a misfire and they tried to claim me on spark plugs and a vacuum pump. wanted to charge me $1300 for it. i KNEW my vacuum pump wasn’t the issue so i left and brought it to another shop. turns out it was 1 single coil and i paid $340 for my car to drive perfectly fine again. this place wanted to scam me, force me to pay an INSANE price for that work, then not even fix the actual issue just so they can throw the parts can on my car. not to mention, they wouldn’t even give me the option to do either the vacuum pump or the spark plugs (which i didn’t need to do either), they just wanted to lump in two things so i have to pay more. this place will run you dry until your pockets are empty and not actually fix your issue. i might be young woman, but i am not stupid! do NOT go here!!

Thank you for your feedback. After thoroughly inspecting your vehicle for the check engine light and runability concern, we located several contributing factors. The aftermarket intake had a taped-over port, and the system was showing codes for a vacuum pump failure. On a cold start, we confirmed the brakes felt hard, indicating low vacuum assist. Live data showed no misfires when warm, but an occasional idle fluctuation suggested a misfire, with cylinder 2 eventually showing activity. We also located unevenly gapped Autolite branded spark plugs and recently replaced coil packs. Our recommendation is to replace the vacuum pump and perform a full tune-up, including new properly gapped spark plugs and an air-fuel induction service, to restore smooth performance. We pride ourselves on taking great care of all of our guests, especially women. We do apologize if something was not communicated properly or clearly to you. This business goes above and beyond for the customer. I can give MANY reasons but a few are- clean, friendly, informative. Nice waiting area with snacks and drinks-lots of choices. They show themselves in office with accomplishments and family and friends and appear as spiritual as well. I am new to Missouri and will definitely go for everything I need.
