We were on our way home from Branson to St. Louis when our SUV started having major issues. A real sense of dread came over us - it was the Friday after Thanksgiving so many auto repair shops were closed or you had to have an appointment. By the grace of God, my wife reached out to Complete Automotive. She ended up talking with them and they told us to come in...they would check out the SUV and try to get us back on the road. When we got there, the team was incredibly nice. They agreed to check the SUV out and fix it if they could. They then gave us a ride to the mall so we could eat and relax while they worked on it. After a while, they called with an estimate - they had figured out what was wrong and how to fix it. We were amazed at the level of professionalism and service provided!! We picked up our SUV and it worked like a charm all the way home. We are grateful to Complete Automotive and truly impressed with their honesty, automotive knowledge and helpfulness. If we could give them 10 stars we would!! I highly recommend them and wish I lived closer to Springfield!

Took my truck in for spark plugs and seven additional servicing related jobs. The quote was fair. I was given a discount for a "package deal" and a military discount. The work was completed in a timely manner. The staff were helpful and very friendly.
