I brought my car in because there was a long pool of water under my car in the garage. I feared a leak. I took pictures and my car to the boys. They worked on it for 3days trying to make it leak, with no success. They treated me kindly and charged me about one fourth of what I expected. I would recommend Complete Auto to everyone, as long as I can still get in.

The team at the chestnut location was extremely easy to work with and very eager to help me resolve the issues with my vehicle. Not only did they get me in in a timely fashion but they also went above and beyond to accommodate my lack of transportation when it came to needing a ride they quickly provided a ride for me with no question. I will personally recommend them to anyone asking me where they should get Auto repair done in the Springfield Missouri area hands down the best experience I've ever had with an automotive shop.

The team had great customer service. They are very professional. They provided transportation when dropping my vehicle off. They send details regarding repair suggestions via text for review. They took the time to make additional suggestions outside of their line of support for better vehicle health.

I came in for scheduled maintenance and a tire puncture. Unfortunately, the puncture couldn't be repaired so I had to buy a new tire. They were able to get a new tire, have the scheduled maintenance, and mount and balance the tire, as well as perform a maintenance and reliability check within 2 1/2 hours! Kudos to all the team!
