I recently took my 2016 Ford Edge to Complete Automotive due to a warning light that had come on. When it started blinking, I knew it was time to get it checked out. I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received at Complete Automotive. They diagnosed the issue at a fair price and communicated everything clearly. I appreciated their thoroughness and honesty regarding the necessary repairs. They explained that while they would change the spark plugs and coils, my check engine light might return due to an underlying sensor issue. Sure enough, the light came back on just a day later, confirming their assessment. Despite this, I was impressed with the quality of their work and their upfront pricing. I trust them completely and plan to return when I can afford to address the sensor issue. I highly recommend Complete Automotive to anyone in need of reliable automotive service. I will definitely refer my friends to them!

We are five hours away , its good to know these guys will take care of her car and keep me in the know of any automotive issues she might have.

I had a breakdown in Springfield while travelling cross-country and the folks at Complete Automotive were very helpful. They worked me into their schedule and had to do a lot of legwork to get the parts needed for the job. Communication was great throughout the process and the completed work, which included some fabrication and welding, was very well done. I would definitely recommend them.

I think the price was fair but more than that they did a great job. Also everyone is so nice and considerate of my time. They even offer a ride to and from the shop.
