We were lucky enough to find Complete on a public holiday Memorial Day we took our pickup in the following day and they fitted us in around other clients which was great They organised for us to go to a shopping centre or home if we wished and kept us up to date throughout the day with the progress as they had to source a part for a 1993 GMC which they were able to fantastic .we took the pickup home that evening and the following day returned and replaced the master cylinder which has now the brakes working just fine Again they dropped us back to where we wanted and picked us up A very professional Friendly service would recommend to anyone with mechanical issues and would be happy to return if we have any issues

I am treated courteously and respectfully as soon as I enter. They have made a much-loved and previously inop vehicle roadworthy. All my concerns are addressed. Thank you for all you do.

I have been taking my car to Complete Automotive for about 4-5 years now. They always deliver quality customer service, excellent work, and do a great job making something very stressful much easier.

My girlfriend and I recently purchased a 99 Honda Civic from my uncle that has 93k miles and has been kept in great condition either by Honda or myself. I was looking for a shop to do a timing belt, trans fluid exchange, find a cooling system leak, and a few other things that I either don’t have the equipment to do or no longer can physically do because of my back. I first met with Galen and told him what I was looking for. Instead of just giving me a quote on that he offered to look over the whole car and check what I wanted done along with any underlying issues that could pop up. We dropped the car off and Michael and Galen checked it over for free and sent me a list of things via text and answered all my questions without any pressure to do anything I didn’t want or need done. They plainly advised what should be fixed now and what were “nice to do at a later date but didn’t need to be done.” They never came back with any “hey we just happened to find such and such and it needs done now and that’ll be another $$$.” On one particular service I had them do I asked how it tested, they had forgot to to it, but instead of lying to me or trying to make excuses they apologized and got the testing done free of charge. They have offered to help us on pricing and doing whatever they can to make our car repairs as painless as possible. My girlfriend and I have worked on cars most our lives and know what Galen and Michael are talking about, but not once did we ever feel like there were pressuring us or treating us any differently than they would someone who knows nothing about cars. I normally don’t do reviews, but I felt Complete Automotive deserved it. Thanks again guys. We will be back.

Difficult breakdown repair but everything possible was done, and everything was clearly explained. We continue to trust their auto repairs.

Let's talk about getting the job done!! I received my estimate at 9:00am, approved the work to be done by 10:00am, and the work was done by 3:00pm. At the most reasonable price. Then, on top of that, I received a veterans discount after the invoice was sent to me!!! 100% would recommend the guys to everyone!! I'm going back to get the brakes done very soon on my 2009 Jeep Patriot!!
