Wonderful service all the way from scheduling to prompt communication and pickup. I’m very happy with the service we received to fix our brakes and we will be taking our car there for any necessary repairs.

I went in for a vehicle inspection. Everyone was very friendly and the customer service was great. They have a shuttle if you need to leave your car for any amount of time.

As someone who knows jack squat about cars there is always the concern of being swindled by mechanics, but Complete Automotive communicated everything clearly and plainly, allowing me to make educated decisions regarding the care of my vehicle.

The team at the Chestnut location is lovely! They are kind when I arrive, my estimate was sent over promptly and work was completed quickly and honestly - without trying to upsell me! As a woman I appreciate having an honest mechanic.

Started using this shop a while back. They originally found and fixed an issue I had for a while that no other shop could seem to find. I've been going here ever since. I also like that they send photos and estimates on any issues they find during their free inspection.
