I came in from Oklahoma last night and my wife and I stayed at the ********************** on glen stone . Got up this morning to find a flat on my vehicle. I have ******** and called them for assistance. *********************** was their within 15 minutes. A+ for there service and wrecker operator. Took my van to Complete Automotive and talked to Danielle *****. Danielle checked me in and up front told me they would check the tire out and would let me know what service finds out. Within 20 minutes they had patched my tire and also replaced a bulb on back light. Excellent service all the way around. I would say I was totally taken care of within a 11/2 hrs time limit. Thank you Danielle for your help!!!

My wife took our car here for an oil change. They got it done quickly, and they were so helpful and pleasant. The waiting area is nice, with reading material and complimentary tea and coffee. They helped us find a dip stick to replace our broken one (done by a previous Oil change at Firestone... Crazy, right?). We'll be using Complete Automotive for all of our car issues.

Although what I had fixed was pricey (air compressor for about 1300) the service is unparalleled! They have chocolate sitting by the computers and also offer fresh coffee as well as water and soda. I was driving through town when my car began making a strange noise and did not want to be here long as I still had 1000 miles to go on my trip with a deadline. They got my parts very fast and installed them as soon as they arrived. They are nice people to work for and seem to be knowledgable about cars. At least I hope so!!!

I have used these guys several times. As someone who had been an ASE certified mechanic I know how to read and inquire regarding the honesty and knowledge of a garage.These guys are straight up.I have seen too many people hoodwinked into unnecessary repairs or services by unscrupulous garages. So take my word for it, they are honest.More over, they know how to balance a repair necessity with a financial budgetary limit. Just know they are honest, knowledgeable, and sincere.

I was in Springfield nearly 700 miles from home with an older classic car (1959 Buick). My air conditioning had ceased to work and weather was hot. I called Complete Automotive, got an appointment immediately and took my car to their shop. They not only diagnosed and fixed the air conditioning problem, but detected two other issues I had not caught -- brake lights not working, front turn signal bulb not lighiting. Their work was efficiently done, the cost was reasonable and all of the staff was professional and well-informed. Springfield is lucky to have a service facility like this one. Highly recommended!

This place was great the first time I went there, quick in and out and no fuss. The next 3 times we've been, they've recommended $1000 worth of extra service and taken forever to finish a simple oil change. We had an appointment at 9am to get her oil changed and the car wasn't ready until noon. We called at 11 to check on it and it hadn't even been pulled into the garage yet.

I normally dont leave reviews, but this time I just had to because of how amazing they were. I dropped my car off for an inspection and I could tell that they werent trying to ride me for money... Not only that but they gave me a ride to and from work as well. I got my inspection done and i have never been happier with an auto repair company in my life. They were there for the sole purpose of providing an amazing service. Unlike Midas... I went in to get my brakes changed and they wanted to charge me nearly $500 for brakes and 3 rotors. Heres the rub, my car has only 2 rotors. Midas was literally trying to scam me. I wish I saved myself the trouble and hassle and just went to Complete Automotive for that too.
