Always super friendly, fast and up-front about what's going on with your vehicle. They always send mailers for discounts for future services and repairs and have never approached me about a repair that I didn't think needed to happen. Great service! I am a mom of three, and they have a comfortable waiting area with toys, books, and crayons. The free shuttle service is a huge help too. All that's left now is for them to have snacks there... Oh, wait! They have that too!

Driving from Dallas to Michigan and my TPMS went off. The car is new and I can't rely on the gauges at gas stations so I called up, Danielle answered and said to bring it in. Not only did they adjust my tires, they also topped off my fluids free of charge and wished me a safe trip. This was my first experience that didn't end in trying to upsell unnecessary services or lying about what was wrong with my vehicle. The people at Complete Automotive Springfield are kind, honest individuals and if they treat a nonpaying customer this well, I bet they do everything they can to take care of those with serious vehicle problems.

A buddy and I were on a road trip to Michigan from Texas, and needless to say concern arose when by the time we reached Springfield the tire pressure indicator was going off. We pulled into Complete Automotive and honestly, I've been to repair shops before and they always try to nickel and dime you. However, not here apparently, because as a matter of fact they went OUT OF THEIR WAY NOT to charge us. They took care of the indicator (too much pressure) and even topped off our fluids, all for free. The entire time they were offering us beverages/snacks and making sincere small talk with us. Pleasant and friendly, incredibly accommodating, and free in this case, this is the place to go.
