Driving from Dallas to Michigan and my TPMS went off. The car is new and I can't rely on the gauges at gas stations so I called up, Danielle answered and said to bring it in. Not only did they adjust my tires, they also topped off my fluids free of charge and wished me a safe trip. This was my first experience that didn't end in trying to upsell unnecessary services or lying about what was wrong with my vehicle. The people at Complete Automotive Springfield are kind, honest individuals and if they treat a nonpaying customer this well, I bet they do everything they can to take care of those with serious vehicle problems.

Complete Automotive was fast, friendly, and professional. They saw my car within an hour of my call and fixed it the same day. Shuttle service is awesome. I would recommend their service to anyone.

I always bring my car to Complete for whatever I need. Brody and everyone else are so helpful and personable. I don't think I'd take my car anywhere else at this point because I know Complete seem to always go that extra mile to make sure I'm taken care of.

I didn't even get my vehicle repaired there and I couldn't be more satisfied with their customer service. I spoke with a Mike and he took the time to give me instructions on what my best options were based on my specific situation. It's a strange feeling when you get off the phone and honestly feeling confident and relieved that the "broken car headache" that you have been dealing with for so long isn't all that bad. I WILL be a customer with Complete automotive, because if they were this customer-service oriented to a non-customer like me now, I am sure they will be even better then.Thank you for going above and beyond.
