First time in my life that a mechanic talks me out of paying more for something and explains how something far less expensive was actually in my car's best interest! So impressed by their honesty and thoroughness. They even have free cookies for us kids :]

Friendly, professional, and provide excellent services. Not the cheapest shop in town, but you get what you pay for. Name says it all because they do everything, and they do it well.

At Complete Automotive, you get extraordinary service for a routine maintenance! I took my F-150 to them to get my oil change vs. driving all the way to Marshfield (which is where I purchased my truck). The service was excellent and quick. They changed my oil & air filter, topped off my fluids, and checked the air in my tires all for a reasonable price. The staff there is efficient, polite, and friendly. The Service Adviser, Mark Kiser, is particularly well spoken. He explained the process to me in my terms where I could I understand. This was the first time my oil change was actually a pleasant experience. I will definitely be going back. I recommend Complete Automotive to all my friends and family.
