Springfield Auto Repair

I have been going to Complete for several years now. Having lived in Springfield all my life, and had tried several other shops over the years, but my search for a good garage ended when I walked into the shop at Complete. They have a great, courteous and fun staff, fantastic owners and best of all very competent, hard-working and caring mechanics. They are very involved in our community and just seem to love people, which makes them great at what they do. Last, but certainly not least, is their free shuttle service, which comes in very handy during the workweek. Give them a try!8/8/2016- This is just to reaffirm the wonderful family at Complete Automotive is the best! They go above and beyond, they value loyalty and it shows in how they take care of their customers. I would consider dropping by to hang out even if my car didn't need service, but that would just be weird.

We were traveling back to Kansas City from Florida. Our car started making funny noises, I called both Ford Dealerships in the area and they weren't able to get us in until at least tomorrow. Thanks to google Complete Automotive popped up, I called and they told us to get it towed in. The guys were amazing the shop was clean and beautiful! Our car was fixed and back on the road in a few hours. If we weren't two hours away this is the only shop I'd use! Excellent service!

I'm a 19 year old who is terrible at money management. But these guys that Complete Automotive help me fix my car numerous times while I've been on a budget. I appreciate all the work that they do and the fact that they will take me to work whenever I drop my car off there. 10 out of 10 would recommend

I'm new to Springfield and was recommended this place by a church friend. First time in my life that a mechanic talks me out of paying more for something and explains how something far less expensive was actually in my car's best interest! So impressed by their honesty and thoroughness. They even have free cookies for us kids :]

After taking my car to three other shops, Complete Automotive was the shop that finally treated me like a human being , and understood how frustrating car troubles can be. They never tried to oversell me for things that weren't essential to the function of my car, unlike a ton of other shops. I was sick of expecting a $200-400 fix and other shops calling me back with an estimate of $900+ because of other things that the deemed "needing to be fixed". Long story short, if you just want you car fixed and you don't want to be taken advantage of, go see Mark and Brody at Complete Automotive.

I have owned my vehicle for 11 years and until recently I have been able to do all the maintenance and repairs myself. Last week I finally came across a problem that I was not able to fix and took my truck to Complete Automotive. I chose them because I had heard nothing but good things about them and they surpassed all my expectations. They were able to fix my truck in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. In addition, they have a shuttle that was able to pick me up once my truck was ready. I will be returning there for any repairs that I am not able to complete myself.

I recently called Complete Automotive to check on some issues I was having with my car. When I called to get a quote on a repair, they were extraordinarily helpful with finding out what was wrong with my car. They did not try to do anything more than what was necessary, and the pricing was quite fair. I couldn't have been more pleased by their customer service and the speed in which they completed the repairs. Good folks. I'll be taking my car here as long as I live in Springfield.

My experience with these guys it was ok. My complaint is when I asked for the paper I signed it was no where to be found. Saying that they where not going to charge me. They explain why they had too charge me but still did not settle with me. So will I go back don't know,, will I recommend any one don't know,,
