Excellent Customer Service and great at keeping the Customer informed of things to watch for, based on the year and mileage on the vehicle. I have been very pleased with the service that I have received over the last 3 or 4 years.

I was on my way to Arkansas from the east coast when my car broke down in Lebanon, MO. I consider myself fortunate to have had my car towed to Complete Automotive in Springfield. Their expert technicians diagnosed my car's difficulties, and got it running as good as new. The office staff, Mark and Mike, were very friendly, and helped make an unfortunate occurrence seem almost pleasant. Very satisfied. Recommend highly.

We were pulling a small camper trailer on our trip to Wisconsin when suddenly one of the camper wheels began making a horrible racket. I searched via Google for a service repair shop near our location, choosing Complete Automotive because of the reviews I read online. I cannot praise this shop enough.
