The Culture! When I came to work at Complete Automotive over five years ago, culture was the first thing I noticed and personally felt. The importance of positive and healthy culture, that is family centered, was not only talked about but was taught, lived and encouraged from the top down. Within the first few months I knew Complete Automotive would be my last place of employment. These last few years have been some of the best years of my life and truly believe the future here at Complete Automotive is going to be exciting as the culture and business continue to grow.

We truly care about our team members and we listen to what they have to say about ways to improve, cool ideas, and growth opportunities.
Auto Technicians
We are always on the lookout for new auto technicians. ASE-Certified Technicians are a plus, but if you don’t have those certifications yet, that’s okay. We are serious about continuing education and we prefer hiring auto technicians who share our passion for cutting-edge auto repair.
Service Advisors
Not only are we hiring auto technicians here at Complete Automotive, but we’re also on the lookout for excellent Service Advisors who are comfortable with being in a sales role. This is a terrific position for someone who can multi-task, loves people, and enjoys making customers feel comfortable.
The Complete Automotive Journeyman Program
Complete Automotive is seeking apprentices who are eager to apprentice into the automotive industry. We are very much about growing our team from the inside. Some of our long-term employees started here as apprentices, and they have grown into ASE Master-Certified Technicians. It's a great way into a COVID-proof, recession-proof business.
At Complete Automotive, we like to take on qualified, enrolled college students and mold them into the kind of technicians our business needs. Beyond their automotive training, the program's mentoring helps teach young people how to face an adult's challenges, from taxes to finances to managing their responsibilities, as well as how to provide the same family friendly service and professionalism as our staff.
The Complete Automotive Journeyman Program (CAJP) is a Federally-approved automotive technician program that works with ASE Certification to develop rounded, qualified, and experienced technicians. Candidates for the CAJP must be automotive repair students at Ozark Technical Community College (OTC). The CAJP is a paid study program with a commitment of 24 to 48 months (with potential incremental increases in pay based on merit and skill achievement). Each student is mentored by a Master Technician, as a history of supervised experience is just as crucial to certifications for a mechanic's credentials.
