They have a very nice waiting area and they have a shuttle that can take you somewhere if you don't wish to wait. I recommend them as your local mechanic

I received friendly and quality service from all the staff at Complete Automotive. My experience was one of the best and affordable I have ever had at an auto repair shop. I am recommending Complete Automotive to all my family and friends.

We have had our cars taken care of at Complete for years now. Besides the expert work they do in keeping our cars safe and operational, they excel even more at customer service. Everybody who works there is upbeat and friendly, not to mention the clean, comfortable lobby/waiting area. We have to go a little further since they moved to Chestnut Expressway, but it's more than worth it, and they offer the invaluable pick up and drop off service that really comes in handy for us at times.

The customer service at this shop was by far the friendliest and most professional I have ever experienced. The waiting area is very comfortable and has free wifi, snacks, and coffee. I would highly recommend this shop for any auto services.

Actually, this is Michele's husband, Francis Skalicky. There are not enough stars in this review to indicate how satisfied I am with Complete Automotive. They have done great work in the past and the work they did on March 9, 2016, was no different. They got me in, got it done and had it finished by 4:30 p.m. (It was some major repairs, too... no simple stuff). They drove me to work in the morning and they told me they could take me home and pick me up the next morning if they had to keep my vehicle overnight. NOW THAT'S SERVICE!!! Carl Hutcheson and the rest of the crew are super to deal with.

I have watched them grow their business in the most amazing way. I am so proud of watching the integrity, honesty, knowledge,and customer service that Carl and Maureen have demonstrated. I have watched as they grew from small, with Carl manning the phones and both working themselves beyond normal, to now having several service writers, and more mechanics. I have never been disappointed with their service. They know me by name when I call or come in. They know my car and have worked on both small and big problems. I always refer to them if anyone asks about car repair. Mark, the service writer is a hoot, but gets business done. Thank you for being honest, holding on to your integrity and growing the right way.
