I have been taking my cars to Carl at Complete Automotive for over 15 years. Their level of customer has exceeded any other service shop I’ve been to. Their lobby is clean and inviting with complimentary snacks and drinks. You can tell the level of service your car will receive by the cleanliness and organization of their mechanics area. Their credit option allows approved clients to pay interest free over 6 months. They even have a free shuttle service to pick you up and drop you off. They have a customer for life with me!

This place is incredible. I got fair and affordable prices, regular status updates during repair, and a vehicle that has never driven better! To top it all off, they offer a shuttle service with top notch customer service. I highly recommend these guys.

I had gone to a different place before this, where they had attempted to take advantage of my lack of knowledge by listing out many things I didn't actually need. Went here for a second opinion, and it is remarkable what the difference was! Professional and friendly, and then only told me the things I really needed- and then took the time to tell me what everything was and list the order they would get things done if I couldn't afford it all. Great people and place to go for anyone, but especially if you don't know a lot of it!
