I've been a customer for 5 years and they have always been professional, thorough, and explained any situation I didn't understand completely. I also very much enjoy the clean vehicles they offer for curb side pick up and drop. I have recommend this company to many of my friends and co-workers and will continue to do so.

I broke down about a mile away . Luckily got started and drove in. They got me in that morning and by afternoon called and told me the problem. I said "Do it!" The price was right and I knew they had went way beyond to get me in and spent more time then they charged me to have me up and running by closing time that night.

This place is amazing my truck broke down during my cross country move and the employees here stayed late to wait for me to get there and even helped me find a hotel room! They got my car fixed and running perfect by the next afternoon, staff was very friendly and attentive. Prices here are definitely reasonable and they offer a credit card to help you cover costs. Anyone that lives in Springfield is lucky to have an auto shop like this so close to home. Loved my experience and can't thank the whole team enough for everything they did for me!

Best place Google could have ever recommended to me, saved my entire trip! My truck broke down during a cross country move and the employees stayed late to wait for me to arrive immediately started to find the problem gave me a quick quote and brought me to a hotel. They found the issues first thing in the morning and had my truck back by the afternoon, reasonably priced and even offer a credit card to help cover costs. The staff stayed in contact with me and kept me up to date with everything going on very friendly and a nice, clean, inviting lobby area. Wish I had a place like this back home and hope to find one just like it in my new city. Lived everything you did for me and can't thank the whole team enough!
