Customer service and brakes are great, but I am a little discouraged that my car is back in the shop, and there is something wrong with the vehicle that was not there before I took it in.

While we only addressed the brakes on Mr. Biro's Saturn, when he picked it up the "Check Engine" light had come on and the vehicle shifted hard; We tested and found that a sensor, the Intake Air Temperature Sensor had unaccountably become unplugged. We plugged it back in, retested, and all is well at no charge to the customer. We appreciate Mr. Biro giving us the opportunity to correct the issue.

A team you can truly trust. While most to all vehicle repair is costly it's refreshing to know you're not paying a cent more than you should. At first I only came to Complete Automotive because I bought a Living Social for 3 oil changes for $29 so it was a good deal, but I'm definitely going to keep coming back even after my deals are used up. They were very professional and when they told me things they found wrong with my car it wasn't so they could make more money, it seemed like it was because they actually cared about my safety on the road. I am very impressed with them and am very glad that I go there now.

I have an older vehicle and need to make it last as long as possible. They helped me out so much at Complete. I would recommend them to anyone needing a straight forward honest mechanic for life.
