The greatest auto care experience I have ever had, PERIOD! I broke down on a cross country drive from Tijuana, MX to Boston, MA, in Licking, MO, and these guys fixed my radiator at a reasonable price, checked up on me every day to see if there was anything they could do, assisted in getting a hotel, and even took me out to get medicine, and to a ball game to get me out of the hotel room. This is highly recommended, and even threw in a 36,000 warranty, simply the best.

My vehicle was dropped off on Sunday, June 10, 2018, after one of the 3 belts broke (powers Alternator & Power Steering). Mark, and Greg, made sure that all three belts were replaced (the other two were cracked and needed replacement as well), and the CA 48 point checkup found other items that need to be taken care of, when I am able to afford it, and listed them for me. My ministry was with a number of churches, but primarily as a volunteer Pastor/Chaplain for 4 nursing homes, local hospital, and the county jail in Michigan, so I do not have a large sum of income (just Social Security and working as a live in Aide for a very special Lady of 78 summers of age), so it was a stretch for me, economically to afford the cost of parts and labor. But I tell you true, as a Native American and a former Military Officer and as a Servant of the Lord God Almighty, the company of COMPLETE AUTOMOTIVE did Excellent work, and worked with me in fixing what I was able to afford, and the knowledge of what needs further expert work that COMPLETE AUTOMOTIVE does. I recently moved to the Springfield area and received a very professional looking postcard in the mail from Complete Automotive welcoming me to the area along with a generous discount for first time customers. I have a newer Mercedes and have always been very particular about where I take it. The team at Complete Automotive was very professional, took extra time to explain everything that they were doing and even sought out ways to save me money. Mark has gone above and beyond in customer service and I will definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

My anti theft system on my 2004 mitsi endeavour was burned up after i had a after market keyless entry put on. I Didnt know at the time what the problem was.Most of the electrical no longer would work! I called 10 repair shops in springfield and nobody new how or what to fix or even find the problem. I called complete and talked to mark. (One knowledgeable man) and he told me that one of his mechanic's was a master at finding and tracing electrical problems. Sure enough just a couple hours later (The Freak) his nickname for finding electrical problems with ease.....found the problem. Its was fixed in one day along with my windows..
