Excellent service!!!!!!

I highly recommend Complete Automotive @ 2238 E. Chestnut to everyone!. We have a daughter that goes to school in Springfield and we are in St. Louis and the power in her car completely shut down this past weekend. AAA towed her car to them and we could not have asked for a better group of people to service her car. Mark was the best. I had to call him numerous times and he never acted annoyed and I am sure it got annoying. They were completely honest and so accommodating. They made us feel very much at ease being 3 hours away and trusting them to assess the car and not take advantage of the situation. Also, if you have a college student away from home I would not hesitate at all to call on Complete Automotive. They are very trustworthy and honest. Thank you again for all of your help!

Complete Automotive was very considerate of my time that I needed my car. Their customer service was amazing! They were able to fix the issue with my car and they did a great job with it! The cost was reasonable for the job repair, and better yet, they shuttled my back to apartment so I wouldn't have to stay the entire time the car was being fixed. Overall, my experience of Complete Automotive was positive and I will definitely be going back for any future issues with my car.

We've been going to Complete Automotive for all of our repairs since we moved here in 2013, and we will always be back. They are friendly, thorough, and courteous from the moment we call to the moment we leave with our vehicle. The last time I was in there, I needed a ride to the gym. The shuttle was already out, so Carl himself drove me. Mark is usually the one who communicates the repairs needed, and prioritizes them if need be. I always end conversations with him feeling relieved, grateful, and completely aware of what's happening. We trust them implicitly and recommend their services to the highest degree.

Very impressed with service, came highly recommended, spent several hours there, they made sure I was comfortable, offered drinks or snacks, even offered to take me somewhere if I needed to go. I listened to the service offered to customers as they came in through the day and the respect and compassion no matter what the circumstances left me in awe and respect for each and every one of the employees. I received excellent service and would highly recommend. Five stars definately!!

Good first experience

I've used Complete for the last two years I've been in Springfield. Excellent staff, very informative, and just genuinely good people! Mark Kiser is great at paying attention to details and assisting you whenever you need. They all treat me like family and the only reason I'm going somewhere else is because I'm moving 4 hours away. I would trust them with any vehicle and they have even assisted me in picking out a new vehicle that suits my needs. Excellent company and excellent people. You will definitely have all your needs taken care of at Complete and you will feel at ease knowing your vehicle is in safe hands. I'd recommend them for any service you need!

Very friendly and honest. They call and go over everything and get your permission before they fix anything, and keep in touch through the whole process. My car had a few major things wrong and they got it all done in one day! They warranty their work and I will definitely use them again in the future. I definitely recommend them!
