I love complete auto care. They did an excellent job on my 2007 BMW. They let me know everything they were doing and what the cost would be. Kudos to complete auto care. Their manager, Mark let me know every step of the way what they were doing. I recommend them to anyone who needs auto care. And they do care for your auto.

We were pulling a small camper trailer on our trip to Wisconsin when suddenly one of the camper wheels began making a horrible racket. I searched via Google for a service repair shop near our location, choosing Complete Automotive because of the reviews I read online. I cannot praise this shop enough. The care shown to us for our predicament, the speed of the repair, and the communication from the staff during the whole repair process was outstanding. If you are traveling and need help, this is the shop to call on for help!

I had a great experience with Complete Automotive, their customer service is beyond any other automotive shop I've ever been to. My car broke down last week and they sent a tow truck for me....I live out of town so my husband couldn't get there to pick me up until after 6 but they waited with me past closing time. I'd also been sitting in my car for three hours so walking in to not only really friendly staff but also complementary drinks and snacks was extremely appreciated. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be using them in the future.
