What are your operating hours?
We are open 7:30am-5:30pm Monday-Friday. Closed on major holidays.
Where are you located?
Our East Springfield location address is 2238 East Chestnut Expressway. We are located at the intersection of Chestnut and Barnes next to the FedEx shipping center. You access our lot via Olive Court. Our South Springfield location address is 3220 South Campbell Ave, next to May Motor Company.
Am I allowed to wait?
Absolutely…we have a clean, welcoming guest waiting area that is fully stocked with drinks, snacks, and complimentary Wi-Fi.

How much is an oil change?
Oil changes start at $89.00 but vary based on the vehicle.
Do you sell tires?
Yes…We have access to all major brands and offer complimentary lifetime tire rotations with every set of tires.
Do you perform state inspections?
Yes…We have multiple state inspectors here to help when you need them.
Do you perform diagnostic testing?
Yes. We perform diagnostic testing on almost all makes and models from 1996 and beyond.
Do you offer over-the-phone estimates?
No. In most cases, we do not provide estimates over the phone before assessing the vehicle/concern.
How long does a state inspection take?
Properly performed State Inspection takes about 45-60 minutes. We have most state inspections completed within 1-2 hours of arrival.
Am I allowed to supply my own parts?
No. We do not install customer-supplied parts.
Do you perform pre-purchase inspections for used vehicles?
Yes, we offer an extensive inspection service for those looking to purchase a used vehicle. Normally takes about two hours.
Yes, we have computerized alignment equipment capable of four-wheel alignments on small cars to four-door long-bed pickups.

Yes. We have a dedicated loaner vehicle that we offer at no charge when it is available.
Do you offer pick-up and delivery service?
Yes. We are more than happy to pick up and deliver vehicles at no extra charge.
Do you offer a shuttle service?
Yes. We offer a complimentary shuttle service between 7:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday-Friday.
Do you have a mobile service?
All of our services are performed at our locations.
Do you have a warranty on repairs?
Absolutely…most repairs come with a 3-year/36,000-mile nationwide warranty.
Do you offer any discounts on repairs?
Yes, we offer multiple discounts, including AAA, military, police, fire department, and student discounts.
Do I need an appointment?
It is always best to plan and schedule your appointment drop-off time. Most of the time, we can work your vehicle in quickly.
What is a Lifetime Protection Plan?
The Lifetime Protection Plan is a properly maintained and serviced vehicle according to a schedule, and has coverage for breakdowns.
