I've been coming to Complete Automotive for a couple years now, and have only ever had great experiences. They are the most honest and reliable auto service business I've found, and everyone is exceptionally kind and helpful, whether you're in for routine maintenance or major repairs. Most recently I have communicated with Mark several times after my poor old Corolla finally gave in, and he has been fantastic with keeping me informed and assisting me with all the questions I've had and advice I've needed.Their prices are already fair, plus they will also mail coupons fairly often, which is not only helpful financially, but a great way to get a service reminder! I have used their shuttle service a few times as well, and its very convenient. I highly recommend these guys!

The BEST word for Complete Automotive is EFFICIENT! I've recently needed to have work done on my Scion XB and Complete had the electrician with the know-how to repair my electrical system and the courage to try a new idea for the repair! It was successful as well as affordable!! It is essential that I have a good relationship w/ my mechanics because I am on the road 80% of my working time! So keeping me on the road is not only my priority it is also Complete Automotive's Priority!

I moved here from New Hampshire and had no one to help me when my car broke down (twice)! The local Wal-Mart had terrible customer service, long waits and no ability to make an appointment. I love complete auto care. They did an excellent job on my 2007 BMW. They let me know everything they were doing and what the cost would be. Kudos to complete auto care. Their manager, Mark let me know every step of the way what they were doing. I recommend them to anyone who needs auto care. And they do care for your auto.
