These guys at Complete Automotive have been so helpful, kind, and patient with me over the past two weeks while my car has been getting the spark plugs and wiring reconstructed. Not only did they help me on the cost of it all, but they let me know each step of the way what was going on. They also have taken good care of my vehicle while I had to wait for payday (bi weekly paycheck) The shuttle service they provide is an excellent and relieving one, that always comes with good company in case you don't have a ride for whatever reason. The guys are very polite, very professional, and have always done a fantastic job with my vehicle. I have continued to give these guys my business and will continue to do so. Thank you guys on a customer level and a very big thank you on a personal level!! (I'm still working on calling Mark by his first name and not Sir, lol)

I called for an estimate on a specific part replacement. The guy on the phone jerked me around and wouldn't give me a straight answer. They are a rip off if you ask me. Prior to that I had one of their mechanics tell me that I needed an $800 repair. I went to three different shops and they all told me that my car was fine and that the repair was a fraudulent deal on the part of complete automotives mechanics

I would definitley recommend Compete Automotive for any of your car needs. They have great customer service and their prices are very reasonable.

I've gone to Complete pretty much since I moved to Missouri in 2014. They are super nice and don't hesitate to tell you when something is really concerning versus if something can be put off for a little while but also educate you about potential damage if left unadressed. I witnessed complete selflessness yesterday when a young lady from out of town had some major problems but not enough money to fix them. One of the mechanics was so concerned he offered to discount her labor to pretty much nothing just to help her get back to Van Buren. I will always go to Complete for all of my auto needs when it's possible!

I came in for an oil change and then last minute a nail was found in my tire! I searched for coupons on the website and Mark said not to to worry about it. I really needed a break and Mark was super kind about making sure I was taken care of. Thanks again for always making me feel like a valued customer.

Great experience, they take care of you with a comfortable waiting room. It's nice to go to a place where they know you're not a mechanic and don't talk over your head and are up front about what's going on. Thanks to Mike B for all the help with both our cars.
