Intresting visit to Complete Auto, a simple task this time: vehicle state inspection. Well,that simple task turned into a much more complicated experience. The truck needed a break job,new wipers,oil & lube job,and tire rotation. The first three tasks were accomplished very successfully.The tire rotation is where the fun started,the rotation exposed the badly stained /distressed aluminum wheels due to the rotation process.This appearance was totally unacceptable...t returned the truck and had them flip them back,they performed this task without any cost. I sure apprecatied the whole Complete Autos team effort to make my visit a good experience. Big Thank you Carl & team!!

Complete Automotive exceeded my expectations. I have a Nissan Frontier and only brought it in for an oil change and check. The price I ended up paying for this simple service was $14 LESS than they had quoted on the phone. I've never had an auto shop undercut their own quote. I will definitely return for all auto maintenance and repairs.

Since I have been dealing with the CA family car care has been hassle free and I never worry about having something "extra" being "found" that will require the emptying of my bank account. In fact most final bills have come in under estimated cost. The staff is always friendly and courteous and their Christian values are evident in the way they conduct their business and themselves.
