Service is always timely, friendly and competent. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. I'm able to schedule appointments online and they help track the maintenance timelines on my vehicles and send email reminders. Reasonable prices with great customer service.

First time at Complete Auto and grateful that they met expectations. The service counter and waiting area were warm and clean, as was the automotive bay I could see through glass doors-always a good indicator of a focused operation. I have had my car taken care of by Complete Automotive several times and have been pleased every time that I have been there. They do good work at reasonable prices. I would be surprised if this was not continued in the future. I recommended the company to my neighbor yesterday and she was pleased with the service and the price.

I took my car in to have the belts changed out. I brought the belt with me from O'Reilly automotive. The belts came with a three-year warranty on them so I didn't need the installation guarantee that the shop would've provided, if I would've bought the belts through them. They did not complain about that, and installed them fine and the price was reasonable.

Very impressed with the service and communication. Prices are a bargain because they fix what needs fixing.
