Driving from Dallas to Michigan and my TPMS went off. The car is new and I can't rely on the gauges at gas stations so I called up, Danielle answered and said to bring it in. Not only did they adjust my tires, they also topped off my fluids free of charge and wished me a safe trip. This was my first experience that didn't end in trying to upsell unnecessary services or lying about what was wrong with my vehicle. The people at Complete Automotive Springfield are kind, honest individuals and if they treat a nonpaying customer this well, I bet they do everything they can to take care of those with serious vehicle problems.

A buddy and I were on a road trip to Michigan from Texas, and needless to say concern arose when by the time we reached Springfield the tire pressure indicator was going off. We pulled into Complete Automotive and honestly, I've been to repair shops before and they always try to nickel and dime you. However, not here apparently, because as a matter of fact they went OUT OF THEIR WAY NOT to charge us. They took care of the indicator (too much pressure) and even topped off our fluids, all for free. The entire time they were offering us beverages/snacks and making sincere small talk with us. Pleasant and friendly, incredibly accommodating, and free in this case, this is the place to go.

Ive been to this shop twice now and i can honestly say they have been the most helpful. They fix my car the first try every time and they work with you.Mark is very nice as well they are the top auto shop in this area.

I recommend to all my friends that they should come here. They fixed a problem I had where my car wouldn't start while several other places barely gave me the time of day about it. Being a college student at Missouri State University, I need the best at an affordable price and my girlfriend and her roommate suggested I go to Complete Automotive in Springfield MO and they are just that! I took my 2003 Nissan Murano into them last week because it had been having trouble starting for a bit and I was starting to get worried. They put my worries to rest. After about three days and two test, they found out that my fuel pump was starting to go out and they got it fixed up the next day. They let me know almost immediately so they could keep me informed and to know what to do next. They would not do anything without my permission and actually wanted me to know what was wrong fully before I made a decision. They never lied to me about price, what was wrong, or how serious the problem was. Instead of telling me that I had to get a new pump, they told me that I could have kept going for months without getting a new pump but that I will have to eventually. They were up front, honest, and generally care for there customers. I highly recommend Complete Automotive for any of your car troubles! They are a good and honest business.

After calling mechanics all day and having very few willing to answer my questions, I luckily found Complete. Mikey B is great at helping his customers and lined me up with the right tech to work on our late-model Mitsubishi.
