I go here all the time for my '94 Taurus. They can be costly, but always allow you to look over a bill or make changes to the service if you feel they are not needed (such as using a cheaper/used part), and you must remember if you are a AAA member to ask for their AAA discount. I've never had anything they've fixed need a new repair later, and I've done business here a lot. Starter, A/C, Heating, etc. This is a big selling point for me, since I come from an area where any automotive repair typically ends up needing repeat visits and a lot of costly trial and error, or downright shady practices. It is also worth noting that there are incentives for repeat customers, such as Carl's Cash. When I first started going here I was a little disappointed in the wait times, as I would be assured a certain time frame and then end up waiting double in the waiting area, sometimes hours, without any notice. However, this is a customer service issue I have noticed is being improved; my last few visits the employees kept me well updated during my wait time and kept tabs on the progress and how long I would need to wait. The complimentary coffee, nice comfortable seating, and TV/WiFi in the waiting area are also a step above many places and very appreciated. Speaking of customer service, they also offer rides to and from your home if the vehicle they are working on is the only form of transportation you have, and of course can arrange towing. Scheduling an appointment is easy and they often can get you in on the same day you call. It all feels very streamlined and considerate, meant to make the stress of needing your car fixed a bit less so.Still, the high cost can be very prohibitive for some, so I can't quite give 5 stars.

It's easy to deal with easy/standard situations and people and have good outcomes, but I really gain or lose respect for a business based on how they deal with difficult situations. Today, that difficult person for Complete Automotive was me. I had a rough situation for which I was partially at fault. I flew off the handle, admittedly, when they first called me with an update. Despite my getting angry on the phone, Desiree was calm and professional, and Carl was kind and worked to find a solution that I would be happy with. Ended up getting the work done FAST and Carl was nice and forgiving/understanding when I came to pick the van up. I had initially ruled out repeat business, but Carl and the team at Complete Automotive absolutely earned it today. Thanks, y'all, for being nice when I was kind of a jerk and for providing fast service. I'll be back, but hopefully not too soon. :)

I have known Carl for a number of years, and I have been very pleased with the service over the years. This was my first dealings with Brody (Service Advisor at Complete Automotive), and the interaction was informative, concise, and very easily communicated to me. I appreciate all of his time and efforts!It's always nice to deal with people that are the best at what they do, and enjoy their jobs!

Our son was traveling out of state and had an issue with his1999 Volvo. Not knowing anyone in the area I relied on AAA Approved Auto repair. I am pleased to say, Complete Automotive went above and beyond any expectation I had. I called and spoke with Brody, he truly cared about our situation, we had a few options, my son was able to drive himself to this facility, they assisted in diagnosing and repairing the vehicle and sent him on his way. I had an oil change and a tire rotation yesterday and found them to be competent, honest and accommodating. They honored a coupon I had received in the mail for a free tire rotation with an oil change; explained that the oil I needed would be higher in cost (which I knew) and how many quarts it would take. I really liked this operation and the service was great. I gave a card to my son and plan to tell others about this business. ***** Springfield, MO

Honest and fair. Even though I live far from Complete Automotive, I always take my car to them when there are repairs that need to be done. I don't know if they are the cheapest and I don't care because they provide excellent service and are very friendly. Thanks, Carl!

I was impressed with the care and competence this operation showed in getting my car "road ready" with an oil change and tire rotation. All charges were explained in detail before the service and they honored a coupon I had received in the mail. I was charged $35 just to put in a little bit of brake fluid in, took 2-5 minutes. The bottle of brake fluid would only cost about $4 if that, pathetic. Got to make that all mighty dollar. I wonder how long they will leave this post up? Most of the automotive shops I have ever been to if it had been something so small and minor might have wrote it off or just charged for the little bit of fluid used, I guess their policy is to charge you for a certain amount of wages not matter how long it takes, policy is policy and money is money. Moving the whole family across the country this summer, in triple digits, A/C is, well, ... CRITICAL! Broken A/C in hundred degree weather can get dicey when there are babies involved... So after calling AAA, we were told we could go to Complete Automotive. The care taken with not only our vehicle but the service given to us was spectacular. The team at Complete Automotive made sure we were taken care of with everything from cold beverages, bathroom, and shuttling us to and from the mall so our babies could be distracted and not drive everyone nuts. Let's just say, they made our not so happy condition into the best it could possibly be. Heartfelt thanks to the complete team at Complete Automotive! You guys and gals ROCK!

I went to Complete Automotive after reading a review saying how honest they were. After my experience I am glad to post a wonderful review on their honesty. They do great work, are timely, the rates are reasonable, and I highly recommend their service. Customer service was excellent as well!
