Springfield Auto Repair

Impressed that they will work with my budget as far as this repair should be done first, then let's see if this needs to be done. I feel I have been fairly treated everytime.

Amazing experience. I was driving cross country and had car trouble in Springfield, MO. AAA recommended a mechanic that ended up being too busy and that mechanic recommended Complete Automotive.. Turned out to be an awesome recommendation. Friendly staff and they understood my car issue right away. Was going to be a 4 hour wait but the owner heard about my travel plans and that I was in route to my destination so he stepped out of his office and worked on my truck personally so we didn't have to wait. Fixed it in about 1 hour and we were back on the road. Excellent service, great price for the fix. Since we were traveling he checked the car out, added some oil and antifreeze and said we were good to go. If I lived in Springfield I would definitely take my car here and also recommend to all my friends. So nice to have a good experience when in an unfamiliar place. Thanks Complete Auto!

These guys are great! I believe I've finally found a mechanic I'll trust :-) Not only was the price less than I expected - these guys went out in the pouring rain and brought my car under cover so I didn't have to get drenched! Definitely should give these guys a try - you won't regret it.

I have taken my cars here a few times this year and every time the staff and service has been outstanding. They were timely with all the repairs and services needed with competitive price. The shuttle service was awesome and extremely helpful. Mark was amazing when it came to explaining all the options for my car and my budget...I would recommend their service to anyone.

This place trumps all other shops. Mike Burgess was the gentleman that took care of my appointment, and he did an excellent job giving me a clear explanation of what was wrong with my car, as well as what I needed to have done and what could wait to be repaired. This shops philosophy seems to be hard work and honesty - its a big relief finding a shop like this where you know you won't be scammed or conned into a purchase you don't need. my only regret was not finding this place sooner!
