I have had my car taken care of by Complete Automotive several times and have been pleased every time that I have been there. They do good work at reasonable prices. I took my car in to have the belts changed out. I brought the belt with me from O'Reilly automotive. The belts came with a three-year warranty on them so I didn't need the installation guarantee that the shop would've provided, if I would've bought the belts through them. They did not complain about that, and installed them fine and the price was reasonable.

Very impressed with the service and communication. Prices are a bargain because they fix what needs fixing.

Overall it was a pleasant experience and a very professional shop. The staff were courteous and detailed so I could fully explain what I needed. They offered me a ride back to my work and were kind enough to call to inform me of their hours in case I did not know when they would be closing that night. They have now serviced both of my vehicles and I would not hesitate to bring back either of them to Complete Automotive in the further.
