I limped in to town late Thursday night with a front wheel vibrating and squeaking. Friday morning I got the vehicle over to Complete Automotive knowing that I was at their mercy. They were able to diagnose and repair the vehicle that day. Replaced a front axle and got me on the road that afternoon. I got fast and fair service out of town on a Friday! I will give them 5 stars.

Attempted calls to several different auto repair shops for a simple vehicle inspection. Those who I called seemed to be bothered by me wanting a simple inspection quoting me 50 minutes. Called complete automotive due to past positive experience and was told 20 minutes unless something wrong and would be glad to help. Tom was very positive and pleasant to talk to. At this point I would recommend this shop to anyone e wanting good honest auto repair shop.

I have been using Complete Automotive for many years now. Carl and his crew are top notch and stand behind their work. Their concern for your car and your safety are first and foremost. They are always cheaper than a dealership and offer a goodwarranty giving you peace of mind when operatingyour vehicle. I highly recommend their facility for all your automotive needs.

I had my hhr and dodge truck worked on here, they did a great job getting fixed on time and for a fare price. They have a very friendly staff and are very helpful with everything i needed. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would highly recommend Complete Automotive. Carl and his staff go out of their way to make sure your experience is great and your car is well taken care of. I drive a BMW and don't trust many places to work on my car, so when my valve cover cracked I called Carl, he had me fixed for a fraction of the cost of the dealer and did an great job.

I have taken a number of vehicles to this shop. They have always told me about all of my options and been honest with me about the best approach to fixing my vehicle. The prices are reasonable, and they don't try to up-sell me things I don't need. Plus, they will shuttle you anywhere in the city while you wait for your vehicle, I take my vehicles there even though it is 25 minutes from my home/work. I would highly recommend this shop.
