On a Friday, during a holiday weekend, and at the end of the month they managed to fit me in. Courtesy vehicle and honest repair assessment makes this my go to garage. Highly Recommended.

I dont live in the Springfield area, so trying to find a good mechanic is always difficult. The guys at complete automotive were easy to talk to upfront, and honest. After doing business with them there is no doubt in my mind if i ever need a mechanic in Springfield, I will always choose complete automotive. Thanks guys!

As always, the staff was helpful and courteous. I went in for an oil change and to have my tires rotated. I also wanted to winterized my car. Since my car was near 200,000 miles, it was suggested that I have the radiator flushed. I agreed, but when they checked, it didn't need to be done, saving me over $200.

I really appreciate the great service form Complete Automotive. I found the staff to be friendly, prompt, and respectful. I received a full explanation of the work completed on my vehicle and suggestions for any problems in the future. Thanks you so much guys!

My boyfriend and I have been using Complete Automotive for almost a year now. It's close to our home and we always receive friendly/professional service whether it's over the phone or in person. We don't feel like we're being over charged for there services and are happy to have there coupons come in the mail especially when it's Oil Change time.

My entire family and I have trusted Complete Automotive for many years with all of our vehicle needs. I think over the years we have taken over a dozen vehicles there and have never regretted it on bit. They have become the only auto repair shop that we will ever let touch our vehicles after multiple bad experiences with other establishments. Carl and his staff are truely a rare find in the vehicle service world these days. They are honest, reasonably priced, and treat you like they would their own family. There have been many times where we have taken a vehicle in for repair thinking it would be an expensive replacement/fix and then we get a phone call from the mechanic stating that it was something entirely different than originally thought and instead would be much cheaper to fix saving us literally hundreds of dollars (most places would just replace the original "problem" without even hesitating and charge premium prices without ever truely finding the fix.) I could not recommend this shop more to anyone and everyone. They have courtesy shuttle service and extended hours which makes it so much more convenient for a working person like myself.
