The service and staff at Complete Automotive is always top notch. On this particular trip I was having my vehicle inspected, as required by state law. My vehicle was taken in right away and the inspection completed promptly. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because my hood was not shut completely. Thank goodness for the safety latch. I didn't notice this until traveling down highway 65 at 60 mph. I pulled onto the shoulder as soon as I noticed this and fully closed the hood. Tragedy averted.

I researched where to take my car a bit before I went. I was happy the reviews i read were true. Complete is a bunch of trustworthy people. Although my repair was expensive, it was fair and about what I expected. Hoped for it to be a little less, but it was a good price. Car runs great. better than it had in a long time. Shuttle driver was very friendly as was Carl and Tom. I will go back for repairs if its something I cant handle myself. Wouldnt hesitate to send friends and family here. Great experience.
