These guys are some of the most honest, hard working, and detail-oriented mechanics in the Midwest. They'll always give you a fair and accurate price, and they're never stingy about applying discounts when they're able to. I don't trust anyone else in Springfield to fix my vehicle. Also, to prove a bot didn't write this, Epstein didn't k*ll himself.

The Best automotive service Once you get service work done You will never go anywhere else

Incredible experience. Was just barely able to get my car to the location, they took it in, gave me an estimate, provided me with transportation home and for work the next day at no cost to me, kept everything very transparent and gave me options. Got my car at the end of the next day and was able to pay + pick up my car even though they were closed for the night. Very happy with my experience and lucky I was able to get my car to them.

Wanted $700 to replace the rear brake line that he didn't want to take the gas tank out which is how it was supposed to be ran what he wanted to half-ass to work and wanted all the money and if you read the reviews are all like five stars nobody gets five stars at a freaking mechanic shop

Wanted $700 to replace the rear brake line that he didn't want to take the gas tank out which is how it was supposed to be ran what he wanted to half-ass to work and wanted all the money the point of this review was is he wanted to put the brake line in without pulling the gas tank fine no problem but he still wanted all the money to do the work and there's no mechanic shop that gets all five stars it's impossible it just doesn't happen y'all may be a good shop but you want it all the money to basically cheat the brake line that was the point of this review

Delphina, I am so sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations when inspecting your 2006 Honda Pilot for a brake fluid leak. When our technicians are faced with things that make the repair more complex, such as excessive rust on the vehicle, causing leaking brake lines, sometimes the commonly known repair isn't possible. This then requires additional time and parts to be able to properly repair the concern. I am sorry we weren't able to help you, and we appreciate your feedback!
