I had been to five different shop replacing parts on my right front. It wasn't until I took my car to these guys but they actually found the problem and come to find out my frame was completely rusted out and have broke. They said my car cannot be fixed the damage is too expensive and it could have killed me and my 15-month-old granddaughter. Thank you guys you essentially save me and my family's lives!

I have brought my truck to them twice now, the first time was for A/C issues which they got on right away and had ready to go the same day no issues. The second time was for engine issues again they were prompt and efficient and kept us informed. I would highly recommend them. Hands down the best customer service I have seen from a mechanic shop. I will be bringing all my vehicle's to them in the the future.

Complete auto, they are a good business, they got me in same day as I called inn then got my vehicle. Diagnosed they told me the issues the pricing and offered to fix it immediately with no hassles I couldn’t complain at all. They also bought me a Uber ride for me home.

I have used these people three times now. They gave me these coupons they call Carl cash. I tell them in advance that I have them and that I want to use them and each time they said oops, sorry we forgot and we can't go back and fix it. I've spent nearly $4,000 with these people on different work they are overpriced and think way too highly of themselves to think that I'm going to be pulled in by their silly coupons anymore. Shame on You Complete Automotive! I thought you were going to be my "go-to repair center", but not anymore ! I knew I was paying more than what the work was valued at, but I was willing to do that because I thought you would be a reputable place to bring my car back to. I sure will not be referring you to anyone! So sorry it went down Like this! I am a 60 plus year old lady and I am not stupid, I know prices of things I shopped around a bit these people could get me in right away and that's why I chose them above everyone else. I literally feel scammed! They charged me $150 to do an inspection on the vehicle and did not put that money towards the purchase of parts or repairs. I asked them if they had checked my brakes and they said bring your car back and we'll check them if we didn't already. So in my opinion they were telling me they weren't sure if they checked them or not the whole point of that inspection is to find all the problems. My daughter had also used them and had a similar situation her car broke down 3 months after they did a pretty good size repair. We are women but we are not stupid women Shame on You Complete Automotive!
