I was working on my F-150 and while doing so, ended up jumping 12 volts to the wrong pin in the start relay socket. These old eyes are not what they use to be. So, that error sent a 12 volt charge back to the PCM. That of course sent the PCM into the ozone. With all kinds of things now going haywire, I reached out to Complete Auto for help. Mike was very understanding and got my truck in the shop ASAP. Turned out, they could not save the PCM. Mike ordered a new PCM and had it in the truck the next day. With some programming done, the truck is up and running again. Just goes to show you, working on your own stuff doesn't always end with a good result. It's good to know there's a shop waiting that can take care of things when you need it. Thanks Mike and thanks Complete Auto for bailing me out.

Thank you for the 5-star review, Jerry. It was our pleasure being able to get your F-150 running great again. We are always here to help when you need us. We look seeing you again. Thank you for choosing Complete Automotive.

Not to happy with this shop would not suggest to anyone. I brought my gmc acadia into the shop recently for misfire codes, which i will list in the pictures. The shop winded up chargeing me $1980 in total for the work that was done which was a manifold gasket, sprak plugs and coils, and to put dye in to find a oil leak which winded up being a oring on the dipstick needed replaced which the one good thing they did was change the oring free fixing the leak. They also charge the intial almost 300 dollars just for diagnostic and to use their equipment. They gave me a whole list of things that could be approved or disapproved, but my main issue was getting the vehicle misfires taken care of. They said the problem was fixed and never once mentioned anything about my cadillac converters in the list of things needing replaced. I went to the shop to pick my vehicle up and signed paperwork for the $1980 dollars with the loan company through them. Got not even a mile down the road and my check engine light popped back on called the shop and they told me they forgot to mention they figured the light would come back on because bank 1 cadillac converters failing and they suggested to replace bank 1 and bank 2 and a few 02 sensors. Although none of this was listed in the list of things needing fixed on my vehicle. They told me to bring it back, and they would redo a diagnostic free. So i did go figured, and then they tried to say it would be $1200 to replace 1 cadilac converter and 02 sensods or $2500 to replace 2 cadilac converter and 02 sensors I told them thats a outrageous price. And got my vehicle back. I bought my own 02 sensors for $50 bucks my own set of cadillac converters for $200. I went to a different shop and had them put on for only $300 for labor. Thats a huge difference, considering they wanted to charge $2500 for 2 cadilac converters and 02 sensors. After they they had almost $2000 out of me for replacing the manifold gasket and spark plugs and coils, saying that they fixed the misfire situation. Only for the problem to have not been fixed and then to find out a mile down the road when my light came back on, they forgot to mention my cadilac converters needing replace. Thats shaddy. They were dishonest. Never did they mention anything about that needing done on the list of stuff to approve or disapprove. They charge outrageous amounts for labor, and they upcharge the price for parts. They charge separately just to look into something they already know what the problem is but want to charge to look into thats not even parts and labor, just to look into a possible problem. I would not suggest this place for anyone who actually wants to save money they just try to get as much out of you as they can. I am posting pictures of the work that was done and the cost and what they tried to charge for the cadillac converters they forgot to mention til after i signed for the loan. Definitely recommend going somewhere else. I gave then 1 star only for them changeing the oring free which would have been another almost $200 to replace a oring on a oil disptick. But otherwise they was not honest about other problems that needed fixed and only mentioned after i already sing for the loan and they got paid theit money for fixing something that did not even fix the problem to begin with. Sadly i will not be going back to them again.

Brought truck in for electrical problems, and state inspection. Was told that lights were fine and had to have 800.00 for a wheel bearing. Picked up truck and went to have an oil change. Mechanic doing oil change said lights out on truck. Did not do what was needed. Shop does only the easy and inflate prices for repair. Was first and last time I will use your overinflated service.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your experience, Thomas. I'm sorry to hear that we were unable to resolve the lighting concerns that you have been having on the truck. Our technician confirmed that all the lights were working at the time of inspection. We offered to remove the bulbs that you were concerned with and inspect for proper bulb numbers as well as possible issues related to the wiring and electrical components. We also informed you that it would be very difficult to determine the cause of your concern since everything was working as designed while it was here. After our conversation, you decided to have us just replace the wheel bearing since it had excessive looseness and was required to pass the state inspection. I sincerely hope that you were able to get your issues resolved. Please reach out if we can assist you in any way. -Michael

I was very grateful for how thorough they were. My car had been shaking on the freeway and I took it to two separate mechanics before Complete. The first checked the ball bearings and balance but couldn’t seem to figure out the problem and adjusted the tires while the second had no idea and rotated the tires without telling me (it was on the receipt but was not verbalized in any way). Turns out two wheels were too tight and two were too loose and one wheel had been bent which was causing the wobbling. They offered to help me with some of the other services on my car as well that I had been putting off and were very quick for how much I had them do. I was grateful for the easy access online “diagnosis” pictures they provided on my car and how friendly they were. Overall a great mechanic experience. I appreciated their quality and cleanliness—and after my experience, the prices seem reasonable for the peace of mind that quality provides. I’ve already recommended them to family members. 👍 Thank you guys for taking care of me!
