Had another awesome visit to Complete Auto this week. Oil/lube job, LED head Light & fog light serviced and a general check up before the winter cold weather months arrive on my 1999 Ford F350 truck. My car would not start today and I knew it could have been a bad battery, problem with my starter or alternator. I was thinking the worst. The shuttle driver Shauna came to my house, jumped my car for me AND drove me back home after i dropped my car off. She was super nice and her driving was so smooth. I was updated within the first hour from both Galen and Michael letting me know that my alternator and starter were not the cause for my car not starting. It was the battery🙏. They reassured me that my battery was under warranty and that they would have it replaced for me in no time. In less than 3 or 4 hours, The shuttle driver Shauna came and picked me up to bring me to the shop to get my car. I signed the paperwork and Galen and Michael both told me I was all ready to go...I was waiting for the bill...just to find out there wasn't one. After everything today I wasn't charged anything. I was in shock. From the rides to the updates and another ride, the diagnosis...I still can't believe the experience writing this. Thank You so much. Galen, Michael, the Technician Evan, and Shauna for the experience I had today. I have never experienced such service in my life. So helpful, so fast, understanding, and Informative. Just above and beyond. I can't even put into words what a relief it is to be working with such amazing people. Especially getting educated at the same time! I will forever come to this place.
