I have used these people three times now. They gave me these coupons they call Carl cash. I tell them in advance that I have them and that I want to use them and each time they said oops, sorry we forgot and we can't go back and fix it. I've spent nearly $4,000 with these people on different work they are overpriced and think way too highly of themselves to think that I'm going to be pulled in by their silly coupons anymore. Shame on You Complete Automotive! I thought you were going to be my "go-to repair center", but not anymore ! I knew I was paying more than what the work was valued at, but I was willing to do that because I thought you would be a reputable place to bring my car back to. I sure will not be referring you to anyone! So sorry it went down Like this! I am a 60 plus year old lady and I am not stupid, I know prices of things I shopped around a bit these people could get me in right away and that's why I chose them above everyone else. I literally feel scammed! They charged me $150 to do an inspection on the vehicle and did not put that money towards the purchase of parts or repairs. I asked them if they had checked my brakes and they said bring your car back and we'll check them if we didn't already. So in my opinion they were telling me they weren't sure if they checked them or not the whole point of that inspection is to find all the problems. My daughter had also used them and had a similar situation her car broke down 3 months after they did a pretty good size repair. We are women but we are not stupid women Shame on You Complete Automotive!

Picture this: It's the Friday before a 3-day holiday weekend and you're in line ordering an iced coffee because you're about to reach your final vacation destination and you notice a cloud of black smoke coming from your hood and through your vents while you're in the drive-thru line. We called over to a quick service place across the street for advice and they directed us to Complete Automotive and boy, am I glad they did! Galen was extremely sympathetic and had a 911 protocol for situations like ours. We arrived at the shop around 10:30am and had a new radiator and cooling fan installed by 3:15pm! Our technician, Quinton, worked his magic and had our vehicle running smoother than it has in the past couple of years! We were panicked that we would have to rent a vehicle and make arrangements to come back to Springfield to pick our vehicle back up, but Galen executed our situation AND handled our warranty claim within the matter of a few hours. To say that he made our trip would be an understatement because the trip probably wouldn't have happened without his follow through and commitment to providing the quickest, yet most thorough service possible. As if he hadn't done enough for our situation already, Galen arranged a shuttle for my husband and I to grab lunch at Billy Gail's (shoutout to Shauna and her wonderful conversations and driving skills)! It's rare in today's world to walk in to a business and feel like you're part of their work family, but that was my husband and I's experience from the moment we arrived. We were greeted with a kind smile, some wonderful snacks (thank for the to-go Snickers as well, A-Train!), and the best customer service experience! It felt like family serving family; They really went above and beyond.

I had an issue with a fuse that I was able to replace myself, but I went back for new tires and to get my splash shield re-attached. They did an excellent job. And it was very reasonable. Thank you for the help. I’d go back.
