Amazing customer service! Everyone is so friendly, kind, knowledgeable and SO HELPFUL! Theyre TRUE professionals! Theyre fast and very effective. $200 just to look at my car. There are DOZENS of other places that will not charge anything to diagnose a problem. I'll continue to use Hazelrigg or Kenny Owen.

Thank you for the feedback, Michael. We do charge for testing and inspecting on most concerns, including electrical issues with headlights. Properly pinpointing the root cause of electrical concerns can sometimes be the most complicated step in the repair process. I hope you are able to get the concern resolved elsewhere.

They were so helpful and easy to work with. I was thankful for their knowledge and help in getting my tire replaced and doing some maintenance on my Mazda.

Was irritated because car would not start less than 24 hours after being worked on. Grandson found the oil cap had not been replaced. He put it back and car started. Kind of a stupid mistake. !!!

Everyone I spoke with from behind the counter or in the shop was extremely professional & polite. They were knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. They pointed out things my car might need but didn’t pressure me into making unnecessary repairs. I will be back to see them when my car has an issue.
