We are five hours away , its good to know these guys will take care of her car and keep me in the know of any automotive issues she might have.

I had a breakdown in Springfield while travelling cross-country and the folks at Complete Automotive were very helpful. They worked me into their schedule and had to do a lot of legwork to get the parts needed for the job. Communication was great throughout the process and the completed work, which included some fabrication and welding, was very well done. I would definitely recommend them.

I think the price was fair but more than that they did a great job. Also everyone is so nice and considerate of my time. They even offer a ride to and from the shop. I am so thankful for this crew. I had my brakes changed twice and had them looked at multiple times. They would not stop squeaking. No one could seem to figure it out. This crew did! They were life savers and very friendly/pleasant to work with. I appreciate them listening and not just blowing me off.
