My box truck broke down, Friday at 8am, called complete automotive. They were able to get it in the shop right away after being towed. Had the issue figured out, and fixed by 2pm, the same day. They even came and picked me up, to take me to the shop. Great people, great service, and will take care of any issues. Thanks again.

Check up on all … new back tires … the new guy , Matt, was not as friendly and professional as Tori. He fails to call me with an update all day . I really miss Tori .But I still appreciate your service !

If you need a place to take your car where the staff is actually going to be transparent and honest with you, this is the place!! Complete Automotive is such a breath of fresh air. I took my car in for an oil change and other maintenance and they talked to me about each item and even told me that some things *didn’t* need to be done yet! And then, to make it even better, they shuttled me to and from my home so I didn’t have to wait at the shop while they worked on my car! The whole staff is so friendly and comfortable to be around and they’re genuinely passionate about what they do!

Going into year 5 in Springfield and year 5 using Complete Automotive for my 2012 Honda Civic now with 267k original miles. In Honda terms, it's just getting broken in. I had Complete pegged as my service center before I even moved here. From 1500 miles away I could pick up that these people knew what they were doing. Now that I've been a customer for 4 years I view it as a partnership. A valuable relationship.
