I will not take my car anywhere else if I can help it. Complete Automotive is the best. They are honest reliable and will do anything to help you out. The employees are so nice and friendly.

I have been to Complete Auto twice now and each time has been an amazing experience! They recently changed my wheel bearing for me and even took pictures of the old one to show me what happened. The manager was very transparent through the whole process and communicated every step of the way!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I’ve been having car problems for about a year and after 3 shops and $3,000 it still wasn’t fixed. luckily i stumbled upon complete automotive because they were the only ones not booked a week out and they figured out the problem in less than an hour and was less than $200 to fix. They were so kind and explained to me what was wrong and gave me all the information I needed. If i ever need car help again this is where i’ll come!!

Took my car to Complete South on the 20th of this month. Brakes didnt feel right. Pads & rotors replaced. Brakes fell factory new. Have well over 250,000 on this Pontiac Vibe and have never taken it anywhere other than Complete. They have saved me a great deal of money. They are the best.

I would always get a second opinion when using this company as they wanted to charge me $5500 to remove and replace a catalytic converter. When another shop will replace it for less than $900 with labor included. It also took me four days to find out what my diagnostic even was as they failed to send me over any information until I had to call them. I guess finding out what’s wrong with your car isn't included in the diagnostic fee,It’s only for them to figure out what’s wrong with it.

This shop is the best one I have ever used! I broke down on my way to Columbia with a car packed full of all my things and a cat, I was towed to the closest shop and am so grateful it was them! They start with a full diagnostics of your vehicle and then allow you to choose exactly what you want them to fix, so no unwelcomed charges. My car had some serious damage from a broken bearing that couldn't be fixed within the few hours left in the day, so I rented a car to finish my trip. They have a shuttle service that will take you literally anywhere you need to go. Shauna, the driver, helped me locate a rental car by taking me to three separate rental services, none being successful. She knows Springfield very well and didn't even require a GPS! She was so patent and understand, and ended up taking me to a hotel for the night. Once they began working on my car they kept me updated and informed on the status and any new problems they ran into along the way. They accommodated me and my cat, allowing us to relax in the shop with complimentary snacks and beverages. My car proved to be bit of trouble, requiring me to stay another night, they were so apologetic and told me their driver would take me the rest of the way to Columbia the next day, that's a 3 hour drive! They continued to keep me updated and finally my car was finished! Their driver picked me up in Columbia and took me back to the shop! They were so knowledgeable, and kind, and even discounting the job because of the inconveniences and time it took to fix my car. Plus they send you off with a free car wash at Blue Iguana, so not only did my car run like a new car it looked like one too! I was so incredibly grateful for their team, not only for fixing my car, but being so personable and helpful. I wish I wasn't three hours away so I could go to them for all my cars needs. If you live in Springfield and own a car, I couldn't recommend them more!!
