WOW! I have never had a better experience getting my car worked on than I have had with Complete Automotive. They truly are a class act! Every single person I encountered was knowledgeable, professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explain what they were finding, and never made me feel rushed. They were also incredibly responsive and available every time I reached out. It is rare to find this level of customer service, especially when dealing with something as stressful as car repairs. I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me understand what was going on with my vehicle and making the best decision for me. I cannot recommend Complete Automotive highly enough. They have absolutely earned my trust and my future business!

Had a great experience having our vehicle serviced at the Chestnut location. Service Mgr Michael went above and beyond in helping to get our vehicle road ready again after experiencing some failure on a cross country road trip. The mechanics did a thorough check of our vehicle, identified the needed repair, and squeezed us in so we could get back on the road. The estimate for the repairs was detailed and very reasonable. Did I mention they recommended lodging options and dropped us and our significant belongings off at our hotel and picked us up again when it was time to pick it up? If we lived in and around Springfield, this would absolutely be our go to auto repair shop- their service and automotive knowledge is as good if not better than our local dealership!

I think they did great. The text estimate and confirmation was easy to do. They made me feel confident in the repair. Didn't feel like I was being over sold anything. I know some of the people personally there and know they have good character. I'll use them again.
