I had my undercarriage cover come off and didn’t know how to fix it. I called this place and they got me in right away, after being cancelled on by another repair shop. Tori was great! They were able to fix it quickly, and I will definitely come back if I need any future repairs! Highly recommend!!

My husband has used this shop for several years with his 2 last cars and always had a great experience. I requested a quote today on a fix, and I was so impressed by the great customer service and transparency of the shop. They had me swing by to check it out and actually advised me that for this specific fix, it would be better to go with the other quote I got from the dealership. So fast and friendly and no pressuring for me to use their shop! Thank you!

I was so happy with Complete Automotive! I’d had a persistent low tire so I finally took it in to have it looked at. The team got my car back so quickly and let me know they could repair it same day! Luckily it was just a small screw and they were able to remove it and get me on my way. I only had a 45 minute wait, but the lobby was so nice and clean, and they offer complimentary sodas and snacks that even if you had to be there a while it would be comfortable. I didn’t need this service, but they do offer a complimentary shuttle in town too! When I was checking out, Tori let me know that I would be receiving a text with information about my car and things they noticed (mainly maintenance things) while working on my tire. This was so helpful and even had pictures to show me what they meant. This will help me better budget for upcoming visits instead of just feeling like something hit me out of the blue! There was no pressure on me to fix anything of those things that day, so I really felt they were just giving me information to make good decisions for my car. I really appreciated their friendliness! They have really thought through the customer experience to make it the best that they can!
