This is coming from an out of state shop owner and I dont usually leave reviews because I haven't had to pay another shop to do work on a vehicle for me in over 15 years but after experiencing some fairly catastrophic rear differential failure while on a fishing trip over in the area we found ourselves in a very bad situation and not knowing anyone in the area. We called when they opened, limped it in that morning, they gave us a ride to where we wanted to go while it was getting repair, they diagnosed it, called me to authorize repairs and had it repaired and we were on our way after only 6 hours. I would recommend them 100% to anyone in need in the area. We made it all the way to where we were going and back with no further issues!

Great team at the Chestnut location. they help to make sure that all the maintenance is up to date and ley you know what they find in their inspection of the vehicle, what needs attention now and what is not so serious but may need attention soon.

As always, the work done to my wife's Subaru was completed quickly and without issues. Keeping up with the maintenance on this 11 year old car is key when you want to keep it around for a while, and at Complete automotive, their inspection catches those things that need to be done, and they always let me know what needs immediate attention and what can wait until a later time to be done.

My car died for unknown reasons in the middle of traffic. I had to get my car towed on a whim with the recommendation of the Tow driver for where to take it and I'm really glad I listened to his advice! They were able to take my car in and get to work as fast as possible (while they understandably already had a full day scheduled). They kept in contact with me every step of the way, never did anything without my approval, and were able to get me back on the road in a few days. Shout out to Galen for helping me find use for my warranty to get a an additional needed repair as well!
