Disgraceful and predatory. My son brought his car to Complete Automotive and paid over $600 to get it fixed—money he barely had, especially as a recent high school graduate. Instead of offering any support or understanding, they turned around and reported his VIN number to the car company, after getting paid!! The car company told us they were the reporters so and they still took the money knowing he was slightly behind on payments (only because he used his graduation money to pay THEM first). The same day he graduated high school, his car was taken. The same car he worked hard to fix. No warning. No compassion. Just cold, calculated actions. This company is a perfect example of why young people feel defeated before they even get started in life. My son did everything right—and they still helped strip him of one of the few things he had. Complete Automotive is exactly why so many young people can’t catch a break. They don’t uplift—they exploit. They don’t help—they hurt. They should be ashamed to even call themselves a business. Do better. You set him up to fail!

The People here were friendly and professional. Pricing was reasonable. I'm new to the area, and was pleased with their efficiency as well. They were able to get my truck in the next day after first contact and had the work completed same day. I won't hesitate to visit them again.

I brought in an auto that I was interested in purchasing. I asked Galen to evaluate the condition of the car and let me know if it was a good purchase for me. The car looked really good, it had been taken care of and looked like a good deal. However, upon inspection Galen found that the car needed work, it needed for a mechanic to remove and replace the steering rack and pinion due to leaking and the Power Steering Fluid Exchange needed to be completed. The cost for both of these tasks came to $1,600 which I didn't have and didn't want to pay for. So, I saved myself time and considerable expense by having the car evaluated. Once again, Complete Automotive came through for me! I would recommend this evaluation service to anybody considering buying a used car!

Extremely overpriced and extremely slow service. While all of the other perks are nice, I don’t recommend this shop to anyone who just wants to come in to get their car fixed and get out. Diagnosing the cars additional problems outside of the one you are coming in for is unnecessary and a waste of time if it’s not effecting the primary concern. Communication between myself and my mechanic was concerning, and made me feel like the mechanic was incompetent. I do not plan on ever coming back unless it’s to use the warranty.

While we never claim to be the least expensive option, we truly believe that we deliver the best value around with our 12 months complementary roadside assistance, free shuttle service, 3-year/36,000 mile nationwide warranty, complimentary car wash, digital courtesy inspection, and all our technicians being ASE certified. We strive to be very efficient with our repairs which in your case meant we had the repairs completed on your intermittent charging system issue the next day after dropping the vehicle off. We did have to road test the vehicle multiple times (totaling 36 miles) to get the vehicle to act up. We appreciate you referencing our additional (complimentary) digital inspection. We are big believers that you are entitled to have a thorough, accurate assessment of your vehicle so you can stay informed on your current and future recommended repairs.
