I am truly grateful to take my beloved Volvo to Complete Automotive. These people are polite, professional, helpful, and GREAT with my car. It's also only about an hour and 15 minutes from my house, as opposed to 4 hours each way to the dealer in KC. Thank you Michael, Austin, and everyone else for all you do.

My car was diagnosed and repaired quickly. There was no heavy sales pitch on additional services and the communication was prompt and friendly.

I called, explained i just left toyota that i had a hole in my a/c condenser, tech from toyota showed me the hole where the dye was coming out and i was calling around for quotes to get repairs. I was told to bring it in so they could charge me to look at it and THEN give me a quote. Even after i had explained the situation. All you had to do was what i asked and give me a quote, but you wanted to be greedy and lost a potential customer in the process. So thats my experience with complete automotive. Not impressed.

I opted for this mechanic because they were very close by and had a high rating. They told me it would be $100 to diagnose my vehicle. I thought that was all fine and reasonable. I brought my car in about noon and did not hear back until roughly 4:30. They wanted to replace nearly everything on my vehicle after their complimentary inspection and the prices they quoted me were wildly outrageous. The necessary repairs alone would have cost me $3000 after I denied everything I didn't need. I called someone else got a second opinion. When I managed to call them back at roughly 5pm. (They close at 5:30) I told them I wanted to come and pick my car up I could not afford for them to repair my vehicle. Galen then told me I would have to leave it over the weekend as their technicians had already gone home for the day and it wasn't put back together. It is entirely unreasonable and unbelievable that they would not be prepared for my to say no. That I would not be able to take my car back. I admittedly got heated and reacted poorly because my car is still being held hostage at their shop and I cannot take it back because they left it in pieces. Galen, if you're reading this and I know you reply to Google reviews: you should be prepared for people to say no and want their vehicle back. I was hostile because I wanted my car back and you told me no.

Galen and the tech took great care of my wife’s 2015 explorer. We took care of the more pressing issues and set up a future plan for the rest!
