What a relief! We had the transmission go out of our van on a family vacation and needed hel(Wednesday afternoon)p. Complete Auto stepped up to the plate in a big way. I don't expect to get in for service on the same day, but they found a way. We hobbled the van to their shop and the mechanic started tearing into it right away, even offered to stay late to get the job done! Many thanks to him! The service managers sourced a transmission and had it going into the van the next morning(Thursday by 9am). We were returning their courtesy van and driving away by 1pm Thursday (22hrs for those counting)! I know we probably could have found a cheaper solution or whatever, but in my mind we were treated with the utmost of respect and included each step of the way. Continuous updates and plenty of information throughout. I cannot recommend their services enough. Thank you from our family to yours!

The only positive thing I have to say is the gentleman behind the counter was friendly. The shop failed to communicate it would cost $200 just to have my truck looked at/diagnosed. They then quoted me for the repairs- which was astronomically high. All-pro automotive quoted the exact same work for 40% less. I recommend speaking with Rick at All-Pro for all your automotive needs. He is right around the corner from this shop
