If they will actually work on your vehicle, they might be good so I can not speak to that. However, my one star rating is because they are unorganized and not that professional. I went to their website where you can input your vehicle year and make/model, tell them the issues you are having, and "allegedly" schedule an appointment to have your vehicle looked at. I used the pull down menu to enter the make, model, and year of my vehicle. I also clicked 9/4/23 and 9 a.m. for my appointment time. At this time, I had no idea they were actually going to be closed on 9/4/23 in observance of Labor Day since the pull down menu let me choose the date and time instead of just saying closed on that day. I waited a few minutes for a confirmation email, but had not received one at that time so I called Complete Automotive to confirm my appointment. A woman answered the phone who told me they are closed on Labor Day, and the appointment was automatically cancelled because my vehicle is too "old" to work on. I told her then why is there a drop down menu that allows you to click on a year all the way back to the 1950's? (My vehicle is a 1997.) I told her they should update their website and only allow a potential customer to choose the oldest year they are willing to work on. Furthermore, if they know they are closed on holidays like Labor Day then a customer should not be given the option to schedule an appointment online for that day. I feel they wasted my time and definitely need to update their website.

When they say complete they mean it. I was impressed with the knowledgeable staff, estimate, and process. There is no mystery in the potential repairs. The absolute best experience I've had with a repair shop. They take care of you. =)

If I could I would give them 10 ⭐ review! Michael was extremely helpful. I was in town on a business trip, and my Explorer had problems. I called around multiple mechanics and everyone was too busy and couldn't get me in today. Most other mechanics were too short staffed or overloaded with work. Michael took time to seek and understand that I was on a bind as I wasn't from the area. Once I got my Explorer towed there, they immediately jumped on the job and had me on my way within just a few hours. I think it was a super long gesture that they took priority over my situation and at 3pm they were able to still be willing to say YES! I know most would have said, tomorrow or next week, which would have been super inconvenient for me. Again thanks Michael and team for the help, and more than anything, letting me feel like a true valued customer, even though it was my first experience there! Highly recommend!!

Last week we traveled approximately 70 miles to Springfield, MO. from our home. We were about 30 miles from Springfield when the AC began blowing warm air. The heat index was 110 that day! We needed to find a reputable automotive business that could, hopefully, get our vehicle in prior to our return trip home. Mike, at Complete Automotive, told us to bring it on out so they could check it. They were busy, but they got us right in. The technician found that the refrigerant was 0.45 lb. low. He performed a vacuum check, and it passed. He also added A/C oil with dye. We did NOT need to run the A/C on maximum on the return trip home. The A/C was VERY cool, a welcomed relief on an extremely hot day. Thanks, Complete Automotive, where technicians are great and customer service is top-notch. Even the waiting room was nice, making for an even better experience!

I asked for them to change my front brakes and had an appointment at 9am. 10:30 they call me up to give me a list of things wrong with my entire truck totaling $1,700. I said no thanks and I would go somewhere else and then he said we can just do the front brakes. That what I asked for from the beginning and they just wanted to make more and more money. I would not recommend this place ever. Be aware when using them.

No matter what the vehicle is brought in for, as a courtesy to our customers, we always perform a complimentary Maintenance & Reliability Inspection, as a way to ensure you can be aware of anything your vehicle may need in addition to what you came in for. That list is always presented to our customers to allow them to acknowledge any other items that may need attention, and decide how they want to address those items. I brought a vehicle in from a dealership in Springfield, Missouri one that I was planning to purchase. The folks at Complete Automotive did a thorough pre-purchase inspection of the vehicle. Michael went over all of the findings on the vehicle, and though the results were not what I wanted. They were honest and thorough. Because of all the problems they found with the vehicle Michael felt that it was some thing I should probably walk away from. Though it was very disappointing and cost me to find out it saved me a lot of money in the long run. I would definitely go back and have them inspect any vehicle I would ever plan to purchase. I would also have them do any work on my car in the future. They were simply amazing! I have had this done once before at a different automotive place not here in Missouri, but in California and the inspection process was not nearly as thorough as what they did here at Complete Automotive.
