Amazing customer service and fixed my issue promptly. I had my skid plate come loose while driving. I called and asked if they could fix it for me asap and they got me in within minutes. This must be the worst or best shop in the world…. And I’m still unsure. First off- heads up- even if you know what the problem is and you tell them they are going to do a $200 inspection and find all of the problems that you don’t want to fix so right out the gate your $200 into whatever you’re trying to do take it for what it’s worth - bad shop. Then they’re gonna try to charge you eight $900 to swap out very simple fixes that will literally take 20 minutes. I wish I was smart enough to go into a career where I made $300-$400,000 a year turning wrenches. Save yourself a lot of time and a lot of effort. Find a cheaper shop.

Our goal with every inspection is to give a clear, accurate picture of your vehicle’s condition so you can make informed decisions before investing in repairs. In your case, for the Check Engine Light concern, our technician located a faulty knock sensor and damaged wiring, a broken air assist injector, and for the Transmission Fluid leak, we located a transmission pan that was leaking due to an improper prior repair where RTV sealant was reused instead of the correct gasket. These concerns directly affect engine performance and drivability, so we provided an estimate for quality, long-lasting repairs using proper parts and procedures—not shortcuts that might lead to more damage later. We strive to be transparent with our pricing and recommendations, and we’re always happy to answer any questions or review options that fit your budget and priorities. These guys are awesome! I went in for a check engine light, a blinking drive light, and a state safety inspection. I was super impressed with the quality of service. Michael was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond with communication. He gave me frequent updates on the status of my car. I'm a college student with very limited knowledge of car maintenance, so I went in a little nervous. Michael explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had. I really liked the online system they used to show repair recommendations and cost estimates. I was able to approve/decline jobs as I saw fit. They were also very thorough in their vehicle diagnostics and gave me a couple fixes/replacements to consider in the future. The icing on the cake was when I mentioned that my fiancée dropped me off so I could pick up my car. They offered me a bouquet of flowers they had sitting around to give to her! She literally said, "That's it- this is the only mechanic we're ever going to!"
