I paid for them to inspect my vehicle. I had no problem with that at all. I expected to pay $118. But the problem is your pricing is not fair. How is it 1480 for a radiator? The part is at Precisely for $189 so why the price gouge??? Ok so my bumper was damaged and wasn't able to be put back on. So it would have to come off! So i was gonna be charged another 789 to have your employees take it off. That's hilarious! I did it myself in 10 minutes. Again! Your price for what i needed done was ridiculous. I paid 1080... With that price. I received my headlight bulb replaced, an oil change and windshield wiper blades. So please excuse me for laughing at your reply. Good day to u. Oh! And i didn't have to pay them to look at my car. So they will have my business from now on.

As usual the service was excellent. I was able to get an appointment the day after I called for an oil change and tire rotation—much sooner than I expected. There was one problem that needed addressing, and they brought it to my attention so I could make the decision. They also pointed out a maintenance service that will need to be done in the near future. Great job!

My wife and I were in the market for a truck for our business and called Complete Automotive to see if they would do an inspection on one we were looking at before we bought it. They got us in same day and had a complete overview of what needed to be addressed in just a few hours. That gave us the confidence we needed to purchase the vehicle and we decided to have them do the repairs. They had everything done 3 days before the time we were originally quoted! Both service advisors were very friendly and pleasant to work with. Michael walked us through everything and gave us advice on what needed to be done to get the truck reliable and roadworthy. His communication was on point and we would definitely work with him again in the future.
