Really like the fact that you check out the entire car and let me know what was wrong and I’m told my car is in excellent condition! That made my day!! The communication I received was the best I’ve ever experienced with a mechanic. Being without your vehicle is quite the inconvenience, so having the mechanic (Galen) answering all my questions at a moments notice was very helpful. Additionally it also helped communicate expectations as to when my car would be ready. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is the fact it took a few days for them to get a look at it once I dropped it off. It’s probably due to them being busy since they’re the best in Springfield. Quality work, quality people
