Alternator and battery were both bad. Spent more than I would have liked but it's nice to have a company that helps you no matter the issue! Will take my car here for any problem in the future

I took one of my vehicles to complete for an inspection thinking it would pass with flying colors. To my surprise it did not! One of my tires had cord showing around the entire tire. Without there thorough attention to detail I could have been severely injured if that tire let go while going down the road. Thank you to the entire staff at complete! For keeping my vehicle on the road and safe.

Gaylen and all at Complete are some of the most professional mechanics and repair shop that we have ever visited (I am son of a mechanic and my partner as well). They are always honest and never try to upsell at all. Thank you, Complete!

Very kind and professional. Got me in same day for a full inspection even though I've never been. Will be going back.

Contacted for an estimate on replacing valve stem seals. Pretty fast getting back to me, which I appreciate. Was told I needed diagnostics, which I didn’t want. I already know what work I want done on my car. I would not get a quote unless I brought the car in for the master technician to test, asses, and confirm. I’m not going to pay extra for diagnostics for work when I’m telling you what I want done. If you already know what work you want done on your car, I couldn’t recommend this shop unfortunately.

I suspected a dead battery and broken alternator. AAA came and tested them and told me they were shot and needed replaced. I had my vehicle towed and the driver had to jump it but it wouldn't stay running, so all 3 of us knew I needed a new alternator. I asked Complete Automotive to replace the alternator but they first charged me $130 to run the diagnostic to tell me what literally everyone already knew. They wouldn't drop the charge so I paid it and took the vehicle elsewhere.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, Zach. First off, I'm sorry that you are having trouble with your vehicle, and I hope that you are able to get the vehicle back on the road within your budget. When your vehicle arrived, we checked it in for you and sent the initial estimate for our testing/inspecting fees which in your case was $128.92. We received your authorization and signature for the testing fees prior to providing the service. The testing revealed your battery was at 6.95 volts, and the alternator was charging at 10.97 volts. As a result, we recommended battery and alternator replacement to resolve your concern. While I agree that we suspected that the alternator and battery had failed prior to testing, we never make those recommendations without testing and confirming that is the case. I have seen the same issue that you were experiencing come as the result of poor battery terminal connections, wiring issues, the belt coming off, and in some cases control module failure. We have also seen numerous alternators fail due to oil leaking into them causing a short. These are all reasons why we have our ASE technicians perform testing and inspecting to get to the root cause of the concern. We appreciated the opportunity to assist you and hope the best for you in the future. -Michael

Very nice company and staff! The way they figure out what's wrong and give you an itemized estimate that you can simply read through each issue and approve or decline the job is very nice! Reasonably priced and I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs work done.
