Today was just an oil change. What always impresses me is the cleanliness of my car when I pick it up. No oil or grease smell like some other places I have tried in the past. Real professionals.

We had a very disappointing experience with this location of Complete Automotive. Our college-aged daughter took her 2005 Honda CRV for an oil change near her University. She paid $103 for it--lesson learned as she didn't ask the cost before having it done. She also left their shop with 4 pages of "recommended" repairs costing over $6,000! I'm assuming this "service" is meant to be helpful... The part that sparked this review was that, very specifically, she was told she needed new brake pads and rotors immediately for BOTH front and back tires, costing $584.93 per set ($1,170). Now the college student adulting without her parents turns into college student worrying about how to take care of all repairs needed! We suggested she take her CRV to Maxxworks in Ozark and they were AMAZING! Not only did she NOT need new rear brakes/rotors, but her cost to replace the front ones was only $300! HALF of what Complete quoted her in writing! And Maxxworks oil change would have only been $74 out the door for the same oil and filter - minus the $6,000 suggested repairs. This Complete Automotive seems to get great reviews, so I hope this was an off day; ironically, her friend took her car there within the same week and had the same experience with a different repair. Unfortunate. Complete Auto, please stay honest, upright and fair--especially with single young women who may be getting their cars serviced for the first time without parental involvement.

Fantastic customer service! I dealt with Jesse Siess when I dropped off the vehicle. He turned a stressful situation into a pleasant one with his calm friendly demeanor. I would highly recommend Complete Automotive for anyone looking for an honest and fair shop.

I’ve been coming to Complete Automotives for a while now, and the customer service is always amazing, they remember who l am when l come in , which is surprising cuz I see countless people. Also, their shuttle service makes it so easy to drop my car off, get a ride home, and then be picked up later, all at no extra charge. They also go above and beyond in the little things. They always have snacks, candy, and drinks available, which is such a nice touch. The quality of their work is excellent, and they’re incredibly kind. They even gave me a free keychain today, One of the mechanics 3D prints themself! One time, I came in because the plastic underneath my car got damaged from the snow, and they fixed it for free and even gave me a complimentary car wash coupon. They also give a car wash coupon with every oil change, which I really appreciate. I’ve also received coupons in the mail often, which is a great bonus. Overall, they’re a fantastic business—honest, hardworking, and very friendly. I especially appreciate that they treat me with respect and never talk down to me for not understanding car stuff. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and affordable automotive shop!
