Once again, I feel that I have been handled with professional care and attention by Complete Automotive. It's a relief to know there's a repair place I can go to, that will honestly tell me what they feel needs to be repaired and why. I appreciate their experience and service.

Great customer service! Called them on a Friday morning after a failed alternator left us stranded on our way to the lake. They said they would do their best to get the repair done the same day, and they did. Communication was great, text updates and approvals were sent. I was able to pay online and pickup after hours allowing us to enjoy the day on the lake! Really appreciate the shop going out of their way to get us back on the road.

He came recommended by a friend in Lockwood Mo who specializes in Volkswagen parts I was totally impressed with the quality of the parts and workmanship. Everyone was polite and made me feel comfortable about the experience and even called to check to see if I made it back to Oklahoma without issues I would recommend this shop to anyone even for oddball cars like my Volkswagen diesel sports wagen

In today's world of advanced electronics on board our passenger vehicles while they provide amazing tools and conveniences, they also can be very difficult to diagnose and repair. This was a recent experience with my 2017 GMC Sierra. Complete Automotive couldn't get my electronic glitch to duplicate itself while trying to diagnose the problem. They did call me and discuss my options prior to starting the work. My only question was what if that doesn't fix the problem. They felt very confident that they had the right diagnoses so I approved the work. Unfortunately that wasn't a correct diagnoses to repair my problem. So here I am with the same problem after spending a rather large amount for labor & parts. This is not a rare situation in today's auto repair world and why it's important you take your automobile to a trustworthy repair shop. As General Manager of Zipco Restoration, I trust Complete Automotive with our fleet of company trucks as well as my personal vehicles. This is why!! They stood behind their work they had just completed on my personal truck and repaired the problem at their cost of parts & labor.
