Extremely knowledgeable and friendly folks. Trustworthy. Probably the most thorough mechanical inspection I've ever had on a vehicle. Highly recommend their complete inspection if you're evaluating a car to send your kid off in. The only thing I can say negatively is that my service took longer than expected; I had to leave the truck for a couple days. That's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5. In their defense, my truck needed a pretty complicated diagnostic. Also, they took me home and then actually delivered the truck to my house when it was finished!

I have been a customer for a few years now and am very pleased with the new manager JJ. I had new arms, tie rods, and brake pads put on. I didn't realize how bad the situation was until I drove it after and it is great now! Trying to stretch this car for a few more years and Complete is helping me do that. Thanks!

Complete Automotive South is a GREAT PLACE to bring your vehicle, Jake was very understanding and very clear on reporting me all the jobs that needed done, and understanding of the client budget on jobs that I could do by my own like changing a light bulb, replace wiper blades, replace a cabin filter and rotate my tires and etc. Price was affordable in comparison of other places been in the past in Springfield Missouri, this is a real Mechanic place where you can let a Tow truck service drop your vehicle any hour of the day and every day of the week with no problem. This place does State Inspections ( DONE IT ). Thanks

Galen was phenomenal to work with when my brothers car broke down. He offered information about potential coverage through his warranty which saved him money to pay for a tow. When it came to the level of work needed was honest about exactly how much there would be, but also understood the cost and communicated how we could just get it drivable again. He offered multiple suggestions and ways to cover the cost of the work that needed to be done, and then when those options fell through was willing to take payments until we could get it paid off. This is an honest individual and business that isn't in it just for the money in your pocket and if I could leave a higher review I would. Hands down one of the best places Springfield. We will be back for any additional work on any future vehicles

I am so grateful to take my vehicles to Complete Automotive. I have a vehicle with 400,000 and it drives like new. I have a utility vehicle that has had some issues before I brought it to Complete. They immediately brought the vehicle up to a high level. There was a small repair that they felt was their fault and the company wrote me a check. I couldn't believe it. They also have a wonderful transportation service back to my home as vehicles are repaired. Living 80 miles away, I am, once again, amazed at their wonderful customer service.
