Diagnostics revealed the alternator issue, but also revealed an oil leak. Everything repaired at a reasonable rate.

I paid $12 for a basic State Inspection. Took a lot longer, so I was real worried I was about to be charged for something I didn't agree to (it's happened before at other shops in town). I learned that they treat their State Inspections just like their full Service Inspections, because they've found that their customers prefer to be more informed. Jesse compiled and delivered a detailed multi-page document with all items of concern ranked by severity, and with a quote for each item. Fantastic experience, and I WILL be coming back here. I might say that I won't get my State Inspections anywhere else.

I called Complete Automotive from the side of the road & got an immediate callback. Galen at the Chestnut Expressway location was friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful to me through a very scary process, transmission issues. I couldn't ask for better customer service.
