I spent over $2500 but my problem wasn't fixed. My car has a check engine light on, it says check filler cap. I went to the shop to get this specific problem fixed. They told me that replacing EVAP purge control and the leaking Valve cover gasket would fix this problem. I even approved all of the replacement recommendations that they gave me in the first diagnose such as all replacing all 16 spark plugs, the fuel tank filler neck, install air induction service kit, replacing drive belt. All add up over $2500. Trusting I won't have to worry about the car for a while from there. But NO, the day I got my car back. I drove the car for 10-15 min and the light came on again. Same problem. Keep in mind it was the SAME DAY I got my car back and it still had the same issue. I brought the car back to them as they asked me to do. Not that I know they will charge me a second car diagnose which was $135. They told me the Fuel Vapor Canister was leaking. HOW on earth did they not see it was leaking in the first diagnose??Not to mention, they think it was right to charge me the diagnose again for something they failed to see at first. It will be another $900 to fix the problem and I had enough! They pretty much lost their CREDIBILITY to me at the point. I felt like I was taking advantage of as a college student. I looked up some 1 star reviews that they had and a lot of people were like me : THEY WANT YOU TO KEEP COMING BACK TO THE SHOP TO SPEND MONEY ON THEM ! I went to the a different Auto shop that my friend recommended to me and it ONLY COSTS $585 compare to $900 HERE. How much money I could have saved if I went there from the beginning? I should have done more research! I will never come back and I won't recommend anybody!

well for starters it would be great if this company wouldn't have just tried to sell me any tires and would have just fixed what I asked them to fix in the first place my car is still making a horrible squeaky sound and they had my car for over 2 weeks told me it was good to go yeah right $1,200 down the drain

Inspection of noise in front end suspention. I brought my chevy truck in to see what was making the popping noise in front. I thought it was the ball joints and told them that. They supposedly gave it an inspection and told me that it was the ball joints and that it would be 1400.00 . I thought that was way too high and called around and found out that I could get it done much cheaper somewhere else. I came and picked it up and was charged 130.00 for the inspection of it. After I took it to the other shop and got it fixed, come to find out it was not the ball joint. It was the axle that was broken. Their inspection was wrong and I called to talk to Brian but he was not available and he would get back with me when he was available. Inever got a call back and got busy....never got to ask him about the 130.00 inspection that was not correct,and ask for my money back because I think I deserve it. Update: I received a call from the manager. She was a very nice lady. Actually every one I dealt with from there was very nice. I never had a problem with that. Anyway, she was very apologetic and said that she would refund my money for the inspection. Its good to see this. Everybody makes mistakes , I'm just glad to see that there are businesses that will own up to them and do what it takes to keep the customer happy and make things right. As always the team at Complete Automotive was professional and helpful. They did quality work on my Toyota Tundra and recommended a few areas to keep an eye on, but did not tell me I needed additional work that was not warranted. They are great people to work with every time.

They’ve always been very friendly and communicative. I have an older older truck that needed some minor repairs prior to inspection. Complete is not the kind of place that will do a repair for you to wind up broken down later because they missed something , I’ve been very pleased with their work.

They are so detailed with their inspections and I so appreciate that because not only do you know what is wrong or needs repair they also give you the pictures to go along with that and they’ve been taking care of my vehicles now for over a couple years and I highly recommend them
