Complete automotive is a great place if the unthinkable happens. We were completely satisfied with your service, due to a misunderstanding with our warranty company at that time no repairs were made but things were straightened out with them friday the 12th & our car once again came back to your shop. Hopefully warranty company gets it all straight then allows for the repairs so we can give a more positive review

Gaylen and Mike did such a great job of taking care of us. We came in from out of town, had an emergency breakdown, and they were able to diagnose, get the parts, and make the repair all within 6 hrs — and at a price that was fair and reasonable. They could have taken advantage of our situation but didn’t. Super impressed. Highly recommend!! 5 stars no question.

Was the first place I called and they told me to bring my Taurus in and did a great job. Will definitely come back, there transit service saves money so you don't have to uber if you are retrieving you're vehicle or leaving it at the shop and Shauna is really fast at picking you up she definitely is doing a great job.
