They were all very kind but I didn’t like that they weren’t transparent over the phone about the costs of repairs and directed me to a link to 11K in damages instead of just giving me the bad news up front and being transparent when speaking about the costs.

I appreciate your feedback regarding the presentation of the estimate. Our process is to send our completed maintenance and reliability inspection over for your review. Next, we call and discuss the inspection results and answer any questions that may come up. Once we have answered any questions, we text or email the estimate. This enables our customers to review the estimate at their convenience and to either approve or decline the estimated repairs. I apologize if that came across as not being transparent with the cost. That certainly wasn't the intent. Thanks again for taking the time to leave a review!

The front desk staff to their technicians were extremely helpful in diagonising the nature of my problem and most helpful in explaining where I could understand and the corrective actions required. I was recommend by my friends that these folks are some of the best in the automotive repair business. They were extremely fast and my SUV runs like it was new. I highly recommend these folks for they have my business from now on!

I was recommend from our car club that these folks are some of the best in the business in the automotive mechanical repair side of the industry. They are Nation wide which gives comfort for they stand behind their workmanship. The front desk personnel are extremely knowledgable and explained what the technicians found in explaining to me in layman terms.
