I think the price was fair but more than that they did a great job. Also everyone is so nice and considerate of my time. They even offer a ride to and from the shop. The young lady that did the driving was really nice too. The two men that work in the office couldn't have been more friendly. I will be back for sure . Thank you, Susan

I am so thankful for this crew. I had my brakes changed twice and had them looked at multiple times. They would not stop squeaking. No one could seem to figure it out. This crew did! They were life savers and very friendly/pleasant to work with. I appreciate them listening and not just blowing me off.

Complete Automotive has excellent customer service! Every person I spoke with was patient and understanding. They went out of their way to arrange a ride for me when I needed one, including a ride from my house to work because they understand the struggles of being without a vehicle. They also delivered my car to my workplace when I couldn't pick it up before they closed. I highly recommend Complete Automotive!

This was my first time here and the staff were very friendly and kind. the environment was clean and well kept. service vehicle is available for drop off if you don't want to wait there. I was impressed with everything except the fact that the written price that was given to me for the work needed on my vehicle was different from what I was told over the phone the next day when I called to make an appointment. Keep in my i couldn't effort to fix the car that same day, i had to get help paying for the work that I was informed needed done at the price that was actually over $900 instead of the $500plus that I was told previously. Overall my experience was good here.

I took a 94 Chevy here to get a new drive train replaced. They first quoted me 1200 and I said yeah let's do it. Then they called back and said it would be over 3000. I said don't order the part and don't work on it because that's about what the truck would be worth. They did zero work and ordered the part anyways and charged me a 1000. Long story short...I took my truck up there to get fixed...I ended up having to give them my truck because I couldn't pay the bill. And they literally did zero work besides looking at it. They are crooks

Phillip, we apologize for failing to meet your expectations. You are correct, we did not perform any work to your truck, however we also did not charge you $1,000. When your truck was towed in, we were told there was driveline noise, however upon inspection, we located that the driveshaft was broken and had damaged other components on the pickup, requiring more than just repairs to the driveshaft. This is why giving a rough estimate over the phone is difficult, we don’t know what we are working with until we can physically inspect the vehicle. As far as your sale of the truck, that was an agreement between you and a former employee, which we did not partake in, or take possession of your truck. Again, we are sorry for not being able to serve you to your satisfaction.

recently moved to Springfield about two years ago. It was a challenge in finding a reputable auto repair shop. I find great comfort in bringing my car to Complete Automotive. They are fair and accurate in their assessment of work needed. The great professionalism with their Service Advisors, Jake and Troy, and the heart of the shop, the mechanics and vehicle inspections. shuttle service is such a perk to get back-forth. The owner must be very happy with Their staff at South Complete Automotive.
