I was visiting family in Springfield and needed the fuel filters replaced in my Ram truck. I called Complete Automotive. Michael was able to get me in and out on the same day. They even gave me a ride to where I was staying instead of sitting and waiting. Very pleased with the service and will definitely use them again when visiting Springfield

As usual they exceed expectation. In a 24/7 business like Zipco Contracting Inc. it's difficult to schedule for a time to service equipment. So when we have an opportunity to schedule a unit for maintenance it's usually a quick call to Complete Automotive and ask if they can work it in. They are always very gracious and accommodating to work with our crazy schedule with last minute requests for service. Their professionalism and can do attitude helps us stay available and ready for the next emergency call.

Brought my car in for an exhaust leak and tie rod repairs, they got the job done quickly and kept me updated the whole way through. They worked with me on the price since I was low on cash and also helped me out by giving me a free alignment since I couldn't afford it at the moment, great and understanding people! I took my 1932 ford 3 window coupe in for a front end alignment. They are very friendly and did a good job getting things back in order on my car. They allowed me to look at the alignment issues on the car before they started the corrections. It was quick and painless. I would recommend this shop for you street rod issues.

I came in to make an appointment, but they fit me in for an oil change and fall check-up. Gavin was, as usual, friendly and helpful!
