Very friendly staff that got me in pretty quick. Prices were reasonable. Absolutely no strong sales pitch but they did let me know recommended services to keep in mind. They were able to communicate via text which made it very convenient for me (I cant have my phone on me at work) so I could respond on breaks. Very happy with my initial visit.

Took my son’s car in after the check engine light came on. I was charged $196 for diagnostic work initially and then got a call from the technician who told me that he needed more time for the diagnostic work and it would be an additional $300…….. just to determine the problem. He then proceeded to tell me that it looked like I might need a new engine and transmission…… for a car with only 82,000 miles. I decided to take my business elsewhere where the actual problem was diagnosed and is being taken care of… without a new engine. At best, they are incompetent, but the impression I got was that they are crooks. Buyer beware!

Jamaal, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review regarding your recent experience at Complete Automotive. I am very sorry to hear that we failed to meet your expectations during your visit with us. We always strive to deliver exceptional service, and we are saddened to hear that your experience didn’t match that. When the vehicle arrived, we were made aware of a check engine light condition related to a lean trouble code, but we were not made aware of any current drivability concerns. Our technician began his initial testing and inspecting of the vehicle which revealed multiple concerns that required attention. Upon start up, the vehicle displayed a low oil pressure light. The technician added 2 quarts of oil to get it into the “safe” zone. However, the vehicle still showed no oil pressure at idle according to the scan tool reading. The technician also detected shifting concerns with the transmission during our road test which we brought to your attention. The vehicle also had three (P0191, P0171, and P0174) trouble codes related to fuel trim/pressure concerns. We contacted Kia on your behalf and discovered that there is possible extended warranty repair for fuel related concerns which we informed you about. After exhausting the initial approved testing time, we contacted you requesting additional testing related the fuel and oil pressure concerns which you declined. It is always our goal to get concrete answers within the initial approved testing procedures. Unfortunately, with the multiple issues it was not feasible in this situation. I am glad to hear that you were able to get answers from another shop. I sincerely hope the issues are resolved without requiring major repairs. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you. 3:30 pm Monday. Car towed to Complete. 4:30pm Monday. Car is at Complete and assessment begins. 8am Tuesday. Estimate for repairs given. 10:30am Tuesday. Car back in my possession and running great. 18 hours total. 4 business hours. In my book that is fast, fast, fast! I love this place and they always deliver.

I asked two like sized shops for an estimate with the same criteria on what I was looking for in the estimate. The vehicle is a 2018 Lexus ES350 that runs beautifully but after that many miles I knew I should do some preventive maintenance. Complete Automotive give the first estimate and was professional their recommendations. After receiving the estimate from Complete Automotive South I took it to shop 2 and didn’t show the second shop the first estimate but I told them the recommendations from complete but not the price. The difference in recommendations was very troubling and certainly caused me pause on using Complete Automotive. I have accepted the recommendations from the 2nd shop which also has accredited mechanics. Shop 2 recommended 1300.00 of work versus Complete’s recommendations of over $5000.00 There was too much difference for me to accept the first estimate.

Doesn't seem like a great place to take your car for repairs. My elderly father in law recently used them for his Prius that was having issues starting. They told him the problem was with the key. He bought an aftermarket one and had them program it. They weren't able to successfully program it so he bought a key from them. They charged almost $250 for the failed programming and another $500 for a new key with programming. With taxes and fees it was almost $900 and didn't fix anything. This was after already having it in there before for the same issue and being told it was battery related and paying for batteries. I did a quick bit of research and found that the most common cause was the stoplight switch attached to the brake pedal. I replaced it at cost for $50 and his car has been flawless for 2 weeks now. I would not recommend them.
