A joke.... They gave me a car back k that still knocked. I paid 2,000. And still can't drive. I'm filing a LAWSUIT!! Unless they can get ahold of me and work with me. I got a warrant because they played games and told me it was going to be ready at certain time so I could make court. Anyways, u know what.... Yah lawsuit. I did jail time. THIS IS BULL 💩. I suggest they try and get ahold of me within the next couple of hours ... Or I'm filing yah. It needs a new engine and maybe if they'd work out a payment arrangement even....I might see if they would fix it. I don't know...2,000 dollars later I should be driving.

Courteous and friendly but south shop has had car for 4 days and can't diagnose the issue.

I stopped in for an inspection and they found a critical problem. Had it fixed by the end of the day. Great group of guys! Bonus points for the lobby candy bowl

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Got me in immediately and listened to what I needed. I had just called another co. who immediately transferred me to schedule service after talking over me and not listening to my questions…I hung up and called here. So glad I did! We just moved to MO and we will be sure to return for our auto needs!

Diagnostics revealed the alternator issue, but also revealed an oil leak. Everything repaired at a reasonable rate.

I paid $12 for a basic State Inspection. Took a lot longer, so I was real worried I was about to be charged for something I didn't agree to (it's happened before at other shops in town). I learned that they treat their State Inspections just like their full Service Inspections, because they've found that their customers prefer to be more informed. Jesse compiled and delivered a detailed multi-page document with all items of concern ranked by severity, and with a quote for each item. Fantastic experience, and I WILL be coming back here. I might say that I won't get my State Inspections anywhere else.
