I was able to get an appointment quickly. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The waiting room was comfortable and the price was reasonable. I’ll be a return customer for sure.

After being told by another shop they could not repair my 2002 -F150 ABS brake system, I found this very clean local shop with friendly people who listened to all my concerns and were able to make the much-needed repairs, all in a timely manner. Once completed my service advisor Michael had heard about my wife's recent surgery and sent me home with a big bouquet of flowers to her delight. When the time comes for another service or repair this is the place to bring your vehicles to, Thanks Again to all involved I definitely will be back.

The customer service was great, everyone was kind and accommodating. The reason I’m leaving two stars is because of the price they wanted to charge simply to diagnose the issue. Originally they told me $165 to diagnose, called me about two hours later and let me know they still didn’t know what was wrong and that it would be an additional $165 to finish diagnosing the issue. This would have been a total of $330 before tax to diagnose only. I took it to another shop who charged me $55 to diagnose the issue. In total I was able to fix my car for less than Complete Automotive wanted to charge me only for the diagnosis. I wouldn’t recommend this shop. Ultimately I feel like this shop was trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about the subject.

The very nice people at this shop fixed my disabled sister's car without making her wait all day. They took only a half hour to complete the repair. I don't think a lot of people realize how important having your transportation working and nearby is to a senior citizen on oxygen. These people apparently understand and went the extra mile to accommodate us. We appreciate that very much. They were an absolute blessing to a couple of old ladies who wandered in needing help with a car. We thank you for that.

Don’t do this often but they just took 5 hours for an oil change, quoted me 2hrs max. The worst part the kept saying 30 more minutes for hours. Complete lack of respect for my time I will never come back

Everything else I experienced throughout the process deserves 5 Stars! My favorite thing was the Ease of Access — Their after-hours key/car drop-off service was hassle-free and helpful — They called to confirm the info and specify what maintenance I wanted the mechanics to focus on. — Text updates with Links to detailed reports of full pre-inspection + recommendations — Online checklist for what jobs and maintenance you approve of or decline; With the price of parts and labor for each job. — Notified as soon as my car was ready for pick up. — I was able to pay over the phone and received my key the moment I got there making it even easier and time saving picking up my car.

We were driving from Austin, Texas, to Prince Edward Island and were just outside of Springfield when a spark plug exploded in the engine of our 2014 Subaru Outback. My husband and I called two dozen mechanics in the area and Complete was the ONLY place where we could get in first thing the next morning - everywhere else was booked through next week and unwilling to squeeze us in. Their diagnostic service was fast and reasonably priced and Michael was wonderfully communicative, letting us know where things were at every few hours as the engine replacement estimate came together so we could figure out our moves in real time. Their shuttle service helped us get where we needed to be without spending even MORE money on Lyfts or a rental. Ultimately the engine was totaled and we ended up buying another used Subaru within the day, but Complete made a nightmarish situation so much easier for us - I wish we were local so we could patronize them more! Eternally grateful to them for their hospitality, professionalism, and customer service.

The were very nice and knowledgeable. Gave a really good breakdown with costs on repairs my car needs, without any sales pressure. They are very nice and honest. They have always done right by us in the past too.
