They are always very helpful and nice, I feel comfortable calling and talking to them about what is going on with my truck. They go above and beyond to make sure all repairs are done right.

I've been using Complete Automotive for the past several years, and they are THE BEST. Everything is up front--you get a quote on the services, and you can sign off on only the ones you want. You also get a free inspection with every visit, and this is a great way to stay up-to-date with needed maintenance. For example, this time CA told me I'd be needing a new battery soon. Everyone is very friendly. The waiting area is clean and pleasant, with free coffee and sodas and snacks. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I absolutely love this shop. They are fast, reliable and accurate with their estimate. I love their use of technology. They text estimates and you can easily see all the recommendations. You can accept or decline what you want. I never felt pressured to do more than we could afford and I appreciated the honest recommendations of what were the priorities.The extra distance we took this was WELL worth it. I wish there were more stars to rate this business even higher. We will definitely be back!!

EDIT: in all they charged $600 for a battery and oil change. Gave me a $1600 list of repairs needed for inspection; OVER HALF OF THE THINGS we're not needed (nothing wrong with tail lights is one example). SHADY!! 2ND EDIT: '92 Ford Ranger. Yes, I was there. Want me to elaborate? You wanted $1600 for inspection. $300 for a tire that past inspection elsewhere. $200 for taillights, which were 100% fine. I mean, the list you gave me was laughed at by next place I took it to. Call you to talk about it? No, I'm never giving another moment of time to you (seriously though, you have no record of me using your business? Nice try. Get a lot of '92 Ford Rangers in a week?)
