My dad owned his own shop for 30 yrs, and i grew up running around that repair shop. Helping here and there as I got older. I know just enough to make me dangerous or useful.... I haven't decided yet..... But today, I had no choice but to take it to "a shop." After much research we landed here. And guys.... This is THE place!!! Whomever is looking for a shop that is up front and HONEST, plus FAIR in pricing, this is it!!!! I just cannot thank them enouth for their valued skill set; but above all their brutal HONESTY!! I will not EVER take my my vehicle anywhere else from now on!

We’re not clear about the service I was getting. Prices and labor were WAY to expensive. More than any other garage I have been too. $150 for 1 HOUR OF LABOR.

Slow, ineffective diagnosing rough idle on my vehicle. Had vehicle over 2 days for basic diagnosis. Did not tell me of dollar amount prior to diagnosing vehicle. I do not recommend to my family or friends.

My car stopped on me randomly. After an impromptu stay in Springfield I had my car towed here based on reviews. Everything positive is true. They were friendly, up front with costs, and immediately began working on my car when it was dropped off. They offered me a shuttle service to take me somewhere to hang out or shop while I waited for my car. I didn't want to leave though, and they were cool with that too. It was an extremely transparent and fast process. I strongly recommend them! Also, the pricing was reasonable!!!
