I got the engine replaced on my '01 Camry. It's only been two days since I picked it up, but so far no issues. I know it is a short period so I cannot comment further on the outcomes until I gauge the performance over a longer duration. So, the next best I can do is talk about customer service. That is excellent. Michael Green kept me updated on almost a daily basis when the car was being worked up on. I appreciate that as there are places in town where I was not even informed before, during and.even after the work had been completed.

The gentleman behind the counter did great with quoting price and helping save me money on the repair. The repair man got the job done quickly. I wish the free standing oil from the leak was sprayed off, so i could visible tell if the leak came back but I believe they were trying to save me money in labor, so I get it.

$200 just to look at my car. There are DOZENS of other places that will not charge anything to diagnose a problem. I'll continue to use Hazelrigg or Kenny Owen.

Thank you for the feedback, Michael. We do charge for testing and inspecting on most concerns, including electrical issues with headlights. Properly pinpointing the root cause of electrical concerns can sometimes be the most complicated step in the repair process. I hope you are able to get the concern resolved elsewhere.

Was irritated because car would not start less than 24 hours after being worked on. Grandson found the oil cap had not been replaced. He put it back and car started. Kind of a stupid mistake. !!!

Everyone I spoke with from behind the counter or in the shop was extremely professional & polite. They were knowledgeable and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. They pointed out things my car might need but didn’t pressure me into making unnecessary repairs. I will be back to see them when my car has an issue.
