Customer since several years. Absolutely amazing place, very well chosen employees from service desk to technicians to shuttle service, every employee is truly amazing and very communicative. Besides great repair service they really helped us out a lot over the years with towing and pick up planning to get me and my wife to work and back and also great consultation in upcoming service needs. I hope Tori manages it at one point. With Rufus together it is an excellent front desk team. I had my car recently at the manufacture service for once for a check up and they been amazed about the excellent condition my car is in, that proved to me the great work Complete Automotive does. All the best to continue how good you all are for the future!

Recently I reviewed only 3 stars, because my vehicle was damaged while in the shop. Carl, the owner of CA stepped up and immediately took care of my repair cost. In life, things happen, no one is perfect, the real test in ones Character I believe; is how problems are dealt with after they occur. Carl and his staff took care of this situation perfectly. I would now rate them 6 Stars if that were possible. Thank you Carl, Tori, Rufus and Chris for your stellar customer service form the minute I walked in your door. You have created a faithful customer and will definitely refer anyone I know to your business locations. RJ

I have changed my Review from 3 stars to 6 STARS 5 Stars is excellent service 6 stars should be available, for over and above service Which this turned out to become Recently I reviewed only 3 stars, because my vehicle was damaged while in their shop. In life, things happen, no one is perfect, the real test in ones Character I believe; is how problems are dealt with after they occur. Carl and his staff took care of this situation perfectly. You have created a faithful customer and will definitely refer anyone I know to your business locations above any other. RJ Lorenz Service Center, whom I trust 100%, referred Complete Automotive - From the 1st phone call to Complete Auto, I realized I never wanted to go anywhere else CUSTOMER Service was Top-Notch from Tori, Chris & Rufus TURNED OUT TO BE 2 PROBLEMS THOUGH at the end of my visit 1) I was never told up front how much they would charge to look at an oil leak and a Brake-light that wouldn't turn off - It turned out t be $150, I paid it - BUT HAD NO IDEA WHAT IT WOULD COST until i checked out - Since I didnt have them repair anything, I had no idea; - At the end they could have told me: "There was no charge for looking" OR $500 A HEAD UP ABOUT POTENTIAL CHARGES WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW 2) When about to leave, I noticed there was an EASILY SEEN crack in my Corvettes fiberglass hood that was not there when I arrived (I am positive I didn't bring it in that way, because I am so careful with it. Ive seen this problem on Vette's when one is not careful opening or closing the hood - Rufus, the Tori addressed the situation immediately, Tori said she would talk to the Owner Carl and they would take care of it She suggested I take it to Hammer Autobody, Derek at Hammers said they cannot repair it, said it would need a new hood - He suggested a few places that can repair Fiberglass, I called all 3 Two said no, the 3rd said wouldn't be able to look at it for at least 2 months - I had someone interested in buying it that day, thats why I took it in to Complete originally to look at oil leaks and Brake-Light - So breaking my hood couldn't have been a worse time - The potential purchaser backed out because of my hood problem - I kept searching that day, found out Kennys Autobody works on Fiberglass (Kenny heard my predicament and worked it in that night, cuz now that my buyer backed out, I decided to take it to an Auction the next day) If I left it broken at the Auction, I would get less for it NOT sold it at all AND there was a good chance they could have broke the Crack clean off - SO KENNY STAYED UP TIL 2am, was done the next morning and I gotter to the Auction barely on time ALL IN ALL - We all make mistakes, the real test of a Character is how mistakes are resolved - I hope Carl will make it right by taking Care of Kennys Invoice IF HE DOES, I will be a Customer for life AND refer everyone I know, who needs a top Notch place to work on their vehicle Gave 3 Stars because of the surprise end charge and the car damage If Carl steps up and handles the repair, I will change this to 5 Star Will let you know how this turns out RJ Crager

RJ, thanks for the review, it's good to see an accurate description of events, we're gladly taking care of your hood repair, sorry that this happened. Thanks again for allowing us to service your vehicle.

Very good outcome. Where the truck used to downshift on a ill or rise it not just powers up with no downshifting. Rens like a new truck. While not cheap, this service was a success and where they found they had not refilled the power steering reservoir, they promptly corrected the situation when they were made aware of the situation (even during their lunch break..) Great shuttle service as well.

I took the car to get a state inspection a few weeks ago. They found a few issues including a brake issue. The man was a little "rough around the edges" and unprofessional. But I made an appointment to get the work done. When the appointment arrived, I found out the man no longer worked there. Rufus greeted me and got me rolling quickly. I was offered a shuttle to get me to work and an estimate was sent to me within an hour via text. I approved the work and a few hours later I received a text stating the work was complete and a shuttle would pick me up at my leisure. Complimentary drinks, Kurig coffee and snacks are available in a very clean waiting area. Rufus was a gentleman, and the shuttle driver was incredibly nice and a safe driver. Thanks guys!

Update: I appreciate the apology and the sincere effort to make things right. They went above and beyond to make the financial burden just a little bit less and we are truly grateful. tl;dr terrible communication, terrible mark-up, untrustworthy. Early August our 2005 Prius began exhibiting signs of hybrid battery failure. The dash lights that indicating hybrid battery failure came on and the car behaved as though hybrid battery was failing. We called Complete automotive and asked them if we could bring the vehicle to them to confirm the diagnosis and if they would work with a third party vendor to replace the hybrid battery if the diagnosis was confirmed. They said that they could and we dropped the vehicle off with them on Aug 8, 22, prior to leaving for a two-week vacation. While on vacation they called to tell us that the diagnostics said that the hybrid battery was not the problem, that instead it was the water pump control valve and that we also needed new tires. All together, they told us it would cost us $3,200, but since the hybrid battery which they claim to have tested was in good shape they told us that the car despite its age would last us "another 100,000 miles". We paid the $3,200 and picked up our car after the trip. Less than a week after picking up the car, it began exhibiting the exact same symptoms. We returned to the car to the shop on 9/2. By 9/7 they had (re?)tested the hybrid battery and (this?) time confirmed the hybrid battery had failed. Between 9/7 and 10/3 we received 0 calls, texts, or emails from Complete automotive. We called or emailed multiple times weekly for updates and was put off each time with vague responses about we don't know or we are still researching. It finally required both my husband and I driving to the shop on Oct 3rd and demanding they hand us our keys so we could take our car off the lot and get it fixed ourselves. They wanted to charge us double the cost (another $3500) to have the 3rd party vendor replace the battery on their lot that the third party vendor charged us to replace it the very next day ($1450) parked in front of our home.

Kelly, I truly appreciate you taking the time to visit with me this afternoon. Thank you for helping us see where our team can learn and communicate better. I apologize for the miscommunications we had, and I appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make things as right as they can be. Tori Woodward Facility & Sales Leader

I want to give a precise and fair review of my experience at Complete Automotive. I took my car in because I had 2 issues, 1) The car would not turn over and 2) The speedometer intermittently disconnects. I then received a call saying that they were going to charge me for the two diagnostic tests and labor. The bill was over $200 and the mechanics were unable to find the cause of either issues. They did recommend I replace my Alternator for $756.91 because its performance was a bit lower than average. The staff ended up reducing the bill to $168.07 for the inconclusive tests. I felt like this was high because most of the relevant information for both issues was probably pulled from the first test. At the end of the day I was left paying alot for tests and labour that resulted in nothing relevant to solving my issues. I drive a 2016 Hyundai accent.

Thanks for the review, you presented us with two different issues to be inspected, both of which were intermittent issues that you described. You are correct, there would be test and inspection charges for both issues, during our inspection process we had determined that someone had recently replaced the battery and the red battery warning light was on. We don’t know what was done prior to our inspecting of the issues you requested. We went through the process to inspect for relevant information in the computer system for the issues you had described and confirm no issue at this time (no stored trouble codes or historic information) we did inspect the charging system and determined a weak alternator, which you chose not to replace at this time. So, to be fair, we tested the items you requested and made suggestions based on the results, we can only work with what information we are presented with. Your vehicle most likely has some other issues that are intermittent and will need to be dealt with. I am sorry that you are unhappy with the outcome. With how complex vehicles have become, our industry does have to charge for the testing and equipment used. These are the notes from your invoice Test and Inspect for intermittent Electrical Issue. Performed Ignition switch testing and were not able to duplicate no crank condition. Test drove vehicle to duplicate driving conditions that may trigger ABS and Traction control fault. ABS system tested and working as designed. Red Battery indicator was on at time of inspection. Performed Charging System testing. Battery found to be excellent rated at 891cca for minimum of 665cca needed . Starter found to draw within normal range at 12.36V for 4.64 seconds when tested . Alternator voltage drops to 12.96V when system is under load and normal range of 14.31V with no load on electrical system. Recommend Alternator replacement to correct low voltage condition and retest. Owner advised and would like to follow up with selling dealer. Owner declines alternator replacement at this time. Inspected and tested diagnostic trouble codes. No DTCs stored Low voltage concerns or when the battery was replaced could have cleared any stored codes. Inspected wiring harnesses and did not locate any wiring that had been compromised by rodent damage. All Power Control Module connectors are secure. Condition did not repeat itself during observation.
