Once again thanks to all the crew at Complete Automotive for a great job well done 👏 emergency repairs or maintenance they are the best.

Finding an automotive shop to fix a VW is difficult, and I gave a call to this shop, the guy was super nice and helpful. I was a little on edge about price and thinking I’d spend a lot, but for what they do is 100% worth it. The price for all of what they did honestly isn’t bad. I was skeptical about the initial cost because of the inspect, but they are super thorough, pointing out issues the dealership or other auto shops wouldn’t have and haven’t pointed out. They are also tech friendly which is really nice that I can approve or deny from my phone without having to call and get pricing just to get an estimate. Really glad I went through them and for what they do I am surprised they don’t charge more 😂. In retrospect, they are super affordable for the amount of work they do & I am very satisfied.

Took my 2013 VW Passat TDI into their shop. Had never been there before. Within 3 hours I had a complete inspection emailed to me with pictures explaining what work needed to be done. I approved the work with the estimate and picked the car up with issue resolved in two days. I have had my car to two other garages in the area that supposedly specialize in German diesel engines and did not get my issues resolved and was charged for parts and work that resolved nothing! I left my car with one of them for a month! I am very happy with the work preformed, price charged and timeless of work done. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Very pleased with my entire experience. Polite, professional service manager who promptly set up my appointment, notified me of their findings, informed me of my options and costs and completed the work. Will definitely continue to use their services and recommend them to my friends.

I dropped my car off at the Campbell location and was shuttled to work and picked my car up when I was off! No pressure to to do anything extra, but well informed of what my car will be needing in the future. 10/10 recommend using Complete Automotive for your vehicle maintenance needs!

Took my grandma's car here because it was having what I thought was a transmission issue. Even told both people I spoke with that. They found a motor mount issues and said that was the problem so I okayed the repair. (I chose not to have them do the brakes and smaller things because I already have those parts and their prices were crazy.) After they fixed that, I get a call that the transmission is shot and they missed it. (Even though it was in the notes.) Now, they did do right and take off the labor charges for the motor mounts which I appreciate. Then they told me that a new transmission and torque converter was well over $9000 for them to do it. I told them absolutely not that I could take it to Ace transmission and have one done for $6000. Not sure he appreciated that, but it is the truth. Plus, they lost my trust due to not listening. But hey, I am just a girl, what would I know about fixing something.
