Needed new tires on my SUV and called and Tori was able to order and have them in a day. Exactly what I wanted and everything went perfect as usual.

I'm leaving one star since there is nothing less to leave. Spent $1,300 and never fixed my vehicle on the 3 weeks they had it. They couldn't find out what was wrong with it, called the dealership to ask them what their guesses were that is wrong with my car. Then they started changing things I had already replaced. They ended up running my battery down to a point it wouldn't charge back up. The service consultant we had to talk to would avoid our calls everything we called, and would tell us "it will be done in a day or two", then make up more excuses why it wasn't done when we got a hold of him. Very dissatisfied. I would not advise anyone to use this place.

Service and expertise. Replaced entire brakes front and back on a 2000 Honda CRV. Low mileage older vehicle. Plan on keeping it as long as possible so this was worth expense. Drove home from work delighted with the new brakes feel and performance. Recommend.

I have always had a great experience at Complete Automotive! Everyone is always so friendly, helpful, and honest. They always let me know everything that needs repairing and what is urgent and what isn’t and I can make a decision based on that assessment with no pressure. Their shuttle service is super convenient and I always enjoy whoever comes to pick me up :) Their customer service is also amazing! The text updates are such a great touch.

2000 Honda CRV has low miles so I am babying her to last many more years. Complete Automotive techs replaced the back brakes completely and also replaced suspension links in the rear. I have confidence in this business because the Honda has been running without issue since I found Complete Automotive about 3 years ago. The shuttle service to work and back to the shop at the end of the day is terrific! I work fairly close so it is a big win for me. The personnel are friendly and knowledgable. As someone with limited automotive knowledge, it is important for me to trust in all aspects of the service. There is nothing inexpensive about car repairs, no matter where you take your vehicle. I would much rather work with someone with integrity , who will keep my vehicle in good shape for hopefully a long time.
