I had an oil change recently and, as always, service was great. I have an appointment next week to address a problem and could not be happier to have Complete Automotive be the folks to do it.

Speedy service, no difficulty in setting up an appointment. Great friendly staff, willing to explain any procedure you decide to follow through with.

Went in to get my truck checked out because of some possible alignment issues..Was greeted by a young lady who was very pleasant and professional with every aspect...we did a test drive and they confirmed the problem and did a front wheel alignment the lobby was really nice to wait in with refreshments and it wasn't very long before they had it done and explained to me how everything went......I would definitely use them again if needed ...

A couple weeks ago my brakes started grinding and making a loud noise anytime I would drive. At first I figured it was just the brake pads and maybe a rotor but I don’t know too much about cars personally so I can to complete automotive for a professional opinion/quote. After about 30 min I was informed that my brake pads needed to be changed (which I figured) but also was told my rotors needed replaced as well as both capilers and some hoses. I was quoted $1100 for the repair and 2 weeks for the parts to come in. I decided to try to get a second opinion so I talked to a friend and he said he would look at it for me and replace it if he could. He took apart my car and the brake pads were shot and only one rotor needed replaced. So to summarize, I was about to pay $1100 for parts on my car that were perfectly fine and probably wouldn’t have even been changed. Also it took me less than 2 hours and $150. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get a 2nd opinion before doing business with this company. I will NOT be returning.

All around amazing shop! The customer service was great kept me up to date on the progress of my repair was nice and went above and beyond for my family! Would recommend this shop to anyone definitely a Godsend! Thank you for everything!
