Alternator what I thought if you couldn’t do the inspection to make sure it’s a bad or a good alternator I would’ve gone somewhere else so I’m out money and still don’t have an alternator that’s operating at its fullest potential because the new one they put in was also bad but they even test the first one to see if it was bad never ever ever ever again will I recommend complete automotive awful awful

Front desk staff was super friendly, nice and helpful. They answered all my questions being new to Springfield. Now the inspection was not a pleasant experience even though they were thorough.I know it’s a business and they have to make a profit and I know they have to follow the state inspection but I was quoted almost $35 to replace a 4 or 5 dollar bulb which it took me all but 5 minutes to do. I worked at a mechanics shop before and little things like this we would not charge labor for only the bulb. Other things were checked out and recommendations were made. I notice some of the stuff recommended was not done in pairs(control arms) why replace only one? I was always trained to do both sides when it comes to suspension, of course always giving the costumer the choice to replace the damaged side or both sides, also the power steering pump was leaking and instead of a repair quote I got a leak test quote for almost as much or close to it as it would be to replace it. Price? is up to you if you choose to have work done. Not my business when it comes to that. I did find it a little high for a bulb. I do have to say the front desk staff was amazing.

They replaced all 4 wheel hubs & braks on my 5th wheel trailer after an inspection of the tires & brakes. As a full time rv'er, they accommodated us with pretty quick, same day service. I appreciate the care Matt took in installing these and seating the wheel bearings and making sure the brakes functioned properly. It was a hot day and the team had to work on this outside because of the size of my trailer. They went above and beyond. It is so good to get such good care and service these days. Thank you very much.

I took it to complete automotive and they found the problems and fixed them completely in a timely manner. Worth every penny. Now our car runs better then when we bought it.
