As always, the care my car received was excellent. I went in to make an appointment for periodic maintenance (cooling system fluid exchange, brake fluid flush) and they were able to get me in immediately—they are usually so busy I have to schedule up to a week in advance. And, as usual, the staff was friendly and professional!

This is my second time bringing my car to Complete Automotive and I’m as happy this time as I was the first time. Everyone is so nice, and professional. Being a woman that isn’t mechanically inclined, it’s so hard to find a place with this level of integrity. I have 100% confidence in their ability to take care of my car , and in a timely manner and for a reasonable price. For my experience in Springfield you cannot do better than Complete Automotive.
