From the first time that I called and spoke with Tori, to the minute that I walked out the door, I was treated with respect and kindness and it was greatly appreciated. I took my car in at 8:00 a.m. to be diagnosed, and by 1:00 I was out the door with a brand new compressor and nice cold air! It was nice being able to get everything done all at the same time! I would recommend their services to anyone.

First we call and got a appointment to check our electric seat switch and we explain it had to be fixed by a certain day because my husband was going out of town. At no time we’re we told there would be any kind of charge or a 12 point inspection that was done without our permission. Most places look at your car and give you a understanding of what needs to be done and the cost before any thing is done. We get a call a few days and we’re told they would not be able to see it until 3 or 4 days later but said they could still get it done in time. Still no mention of this inspection that we still didn’t need or want. So we took our vehicle in and they wanted 800.00 dollars for a 30 dollar part and could not get it fixed in time by the way so they finally sent via text a list of the inspection they did without our agreement. So we told them no and they charged us 129. For the inspection we didn’t ask for and had the gall to send us a ten dollar coupon in the mail. Really never ever would I recommend this place and I think they owe us a 129. Dollars back!!! I could not find where you rated this company at but it would be a big fat 0

Called Complete Automotive to repair my Ford Escape power seat switch. Instead they did a "complimentary inspection" on my car to point out other repairs they wanted to do, for safety purposes. They estimate included a front wheel alignment along with the switch replacement, for under just $1000. When I declined I was told the "test and inspection" was $129.50...so much for "complimentary inspection". I do recommend this shop to my enemies.

Michael, you are correct, we do perform a complimentary Maintenance & Reliability Inspection on every vehicle that comes into our shop to ensure our customers are aware of anything that could be a maintenance or safety concern in the future. These recommendations are always presented to our customers so they can make an educated decision regarding their transportation. There is a fee associated with our testing and inspecting, which varies by the specific concern. In this case, to be able to test why the power seat on your Ford Escape was not working, there were switches and modules that required testing to determine what component required replacement to repair this concern.
