Great service and friendly personnel. They called to tell me they found an issue, asked if I wanted anything done about it, and got it fixed in the same day! Friend recommended them to me and I'm glad I came here.

New to Springfield and today was my first time using Complete Automotive. Needed to get a Safety Inspection and work done on my A/C and, since I am a AAA member, I searched for AAA approved auto repair businesses in Springfield. They had the best price for checking my A/C system. Was very happy with both the cost and the work. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful.

The guy Mark was well informant he insured me my car was in great hands and made every thing aware to me with honesty. The timing was great the wait was like secs. Pricing very affordable.

So if you're having car problems I HIGHLY reccomend Complete Automotive!! After going to 2 different mechanics, 2 weeks in the shop, random new issues starting, and a bunch of bs my car was STILL broke when I finally took it to Complete Automotive yesterday. Within 45 minutes they diagnosed the main issue, along with 3 other smaller problems, contacted me with my options and a link to read the inspection notes myself! They offered a free shuttle service when I dropped the car off, and they just called to let me know my car is ready- I paid online in less than 2 mins- and it is now being delivered to me, free. 👐👐👐👐 I'm SO relieved!! Also their secretary Tory was the most helpful person I've ever spoke with in customer service 😁😁😁

Exceptional service. Outstanding customer service. You get exactly what you pay for. I have taken all my cars here and will continue to while I live in the Springfield area. I highly recommend taking your vehicles here. Other than their customer service, the one thing they do that I have never seen another mechanic shop do is while doing a 40 point inspection of your vehicle health, they take pictures of what they recommend changing or replacing. They work with you, give you options and get you the best price they can.

Took my car in this morning to have my engine light checked. And the workers here are the sweetest people., and very helpful. They made my experience easy and comfortable. The wait time wasn’t that long. There waiting area is comfortable, very clean. Definitely will come back if needed. 😊
