Springfield Auto Repair

Amazing service through and through. I moved to Springfield from out of state and this was my first shop to try out for general vehicle maintenance. Four years later, this is still the only shop I have had my vehicles serviced from. Everyone from the front desk to the technicians in the back are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. I could not be happier with the service provided from Complete Automotive. Huge shoutout to Mark and Tori at the front desk, you two are the best! Thank you!

Good people all around

I'd never used Complete Auto before and called for an oil change because it's around the corner from my house. The shuttle is a bonus as I live along, work full time, and don't like taking time off work to get my car worked on. The customer service was fantastic - thorough, friendly, and made me feel like I'd been a customer for years. When I picked up my car and got inside, I discovered that they CLEANED the inside. I called Eric and told him that I'm not a life-long customer - HIGHLY recommend Complete Auto!

Took my daughters car 🚗 in after she got into a minor accident. They checked her tire and tie rods to make sure there was no damage to them. They made sure her car was safe which makes me extremely happy. Eric did a great job making sure she was taken care of! 😊

They did a quick job determining the problem and saved me money by finding that the problem was actually lesser than initially expected. They brought my car to me at work. I immediately noticed they aired up my low tire and had had added an air freshener to my car. I appreciated this very much!

I do not review or recommend companies very often but when I get exceptional service and walk away saying WOW! I've got to write a review. Moved here a year ago and I have a couple other places service my car, let's just say my car has found a home.

This was my 1st time to use their repair shop & I was very satisfied with their services & with the knowledgeable staff. I had an oil & transmission leak. No more leak's now, they did a great job! Also, I had them repair my AC/Heater blower problems I'd been having. Their 3 year warranty on repairs & free shuttle service is an added plus to the wonderful service. I will definitely be using them again when I need service done on any of my vehicle's.

This was my 1st time to use their shop, I took my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee in get an oil & transmission leak fixed. Also to have them check my AC/Heater blower problems I'd been having. They fixed all the leaks & AC/Heater blower issues. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received & knowledgeable staff. My Service Advisor Tori, did a great job of informing me of the repairs I needed & answering questions I had. Their 3 year warranty & free shuttle service are a great feature also! I'll be using them in the future for any repairs I need on any of my vehicle's.
