Service was very professional and I felt like I as a customer had value in how they took care of not only my vehicle but me as well.

We have lived in Springfield for 30 years and have had the pleasure of dealing with Carl for 28 of those years. He has taken care of our cars and trucks better than anyone else. Over those years he has saved us a considerable amount in repair services. When he opened Complete, we were extremely happy. He and his wife are hard working, honest people and it is reflected in their business and employees. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Complete is a business you can trust.

As Always! Mark, Tori, and ALL the technicians.... were accomodating and pleasant during this request for a special "help" moment! The new buyer of the motorhome wanted to have 2 things checked out on the motor home... and just kept thinking of more "problems", even though he had driven into the area from Georgia. The staff handled both of us w/ total respect and understood the issues completely! I appreciated their willingness to help me get the motorhome sold!

Needed to have a new starter put in and their price was about $400 cheaper than the dealer. Even though I like the dealer and they've done good work for me I just didn't want to spend the kind of money they were asking for. Called Complete Auto and told them what I wanted to have done. They recommended they test the starter first. I said, "no thank you, the car has a lot of miles on it and I just want it replaced." They didn't argue with me and did exactly what I requested. Also, it was super easy to get a ride to and from work while my car was being worked on. Overall it was a pretty painless experience and I would definitely consider using them for future auto repairs.

Very satisfied with the service received, I know of no better compliment than to say they will be my go to from now on.

5 Stars Complete Automotive is a wonderful shop! They really know what they are doing and are very pleasant to work with. They always try to give you the best deal they can. Every time I’ve taken my car in the owners have sent me a card signed by them with some coupons or Carl’s cash. Hands down the best mechanic I’ve ever been to. In addition to there wonderful service, the parts they fix on your car will have a warranty by them. If there are any problems with the same part, they fix it. Highly recommend Complete Automotive and definitely will continue to bring my car there if I need anything.

Tory was great! She was very efficient and helpful. They did not take long to diagnose what was wrong with my vehicle and let me know. I appreciate their quick response and hard work.
