We got towed here after a breakdown on the freeway. They diagnosed the problem rapidly, helped me search for a hotel and rental car and were accommodating while we decided how to proceed with the car. We didn't have it repaired there, as it was too expensive for the value of the car, but I am totally confident they would have done a good, professional job.

I have had multiple repairs done at Complete Automotive. The staff is friendly and always communicate progress throughout the repair process. I especially like the photo documentation of the repair or inspection. I appreciate technician Scott’s attention to detail and he even took time to vacuum/ clean the car on couple occasions I recommend Complete Automotive to anyone who is looking for quality automotive care at a fair price

A couple months ago my 2005 Rav 4 started acting up on me. I’m not a car person, all I knew was that the car was old and that it was probably going to be a painful and probably expensive process to keep it going. My mom had used Complete Automotive previously and had said they had treated her very well, so that’s why when my vehicle started having problems that’s where I headed. To try to make a long story short, Complete Automotive did absolutely everything they could to not only get my vehicle safely back on the road and inspection ready, but to deal with me being admittedly overwhelmed and emotional. I’ll definitely be going back for any of my car maintenance needs. The service is great, but the people who work there are out of this world. I highly recommend Complete Automotive.
