2000 Honda CRV has low miles so I am babying her to last many more years. Complete Automotive techs replaced the back brakes completely and also replaced suspension links in the rear. I have confidence in this business because the Honda has been running without issue since I found Complete Automotive about 3 years ago. The shuttle service to work and back to the shop at the end of the day is terrific! I work fairly close so it is a big win for me. The personnel are friendly and knowledgable. As someone with limited automotive knowledge, it is important for me to trust in all aspects of the service. There is nothing inexpensive about car repairs, no matter where you take your vehicle. I would much rather work with someone with integrity , who will keep my vehicle in good shape for hopefully a long time.

They replaced all 4 wheel hubs & braks on my 5th wheel trailer after an inspection of the tires & brakes. As a full time rv'er, they accommodated us with pretty quick, same day service. I appreciate the care Matt took in installing these and seating the wheel bearings and making sure the brakes functioned properly. It was a hot day and the team had to work on this outside because of the size of my trailer. They went above and beyond. It is so good to get such good care and service these days. Thank you very much.

We will see if I will recommend them or not. This is the 2nd time my daughters car has been to one of their locations, for the same lights in her dash. First time was throttle body replacement for $900. That was 2 weeks ago. Now we will see what they say about this trip. They called her to get approval for diagnostic on car. Crazy they should still have it but she was told the two locations don’t share service history? Don’t you think they would have her complete history avail at either location! Let’s see how this turns out.

Our car was on its last breath and they resurrected it. It would have taken us months to get the car into the condition it’s in now. It had several issues that had to be done and redone but they were really good about talking to us about our warranty and not moving ahead without getting our approval first. Thanks for turning our lemon into a daily driver!

A check engine light popped up on our car while driving through MO in the middle of a long road trip. We stopped at Complete Automotive at 5:29 to get it checked out. They close at 5:30. The technicians were gone for the day, so the guys in front checked it out for us. The best they could and gave us their best recommendation. The kind gesture is why I am writing this review. Thank you for taking the time to help us! We appreciate it greatly!

They make my life so much easier and they are excellent at what they do and I highly recommend

First we call and got a appointment to check our electric seat switch and we explain it had to be fixed by a certain day because my husband was going out of town. At no time we’re we told there would be any kind of charge or a 12 point inspection that was done without our permission. Most places look at your car and give you a understanding of what needs to be done and the cost before any thing is done. We get a call a few days and we’re told they would not be able to see it until 3 or 4 days later but said they could still get it done in time. Still no mention of this inspection that we still didn’t need or want. So we took our vehicle in and they wanted 800.00 dollars for a 30 dollar part and could not get it fixed in time by the way so they finally sent via text a list of the inspection they did without our agreement. So we told them no and they charged us 129. For the inspection we didn’t ask for and had the gall to send us a ten dollar coupon in the mail. Really never ever would I recommend this place and I think they owe us a 129. Dollars back!!! I could not find where you rated this company at but it would be a big fat 0
