Just had a couple of notes pop up on our mini cooper and they were prompt in getting back to me about their meaning. I wasn't charged of the service! Very happy!

It is difficult to find the words to express how competant and professional the crew at Complete auto is. My husband enjoyed the mechanical parts of taking care of vehicles... and for years he handled all the maintenance on our vehicles! He now is unable to care for the cars and i am blessed to have found Complete to pick up the slack ! We take 4 vehicles to Complete for maintanence.. and I am always impressed that we get a clean bill of health as well as what to look for in upcoming months! Recently I ask the team to look over a new purchase motor home and help me with a list of repairs it may need... not only did I get a list of items to be repaired and replaced... but also an inspection that let me know the unit was road worthy... I truely appreciate the efforts and knowledge the whole team affords their customers and I'm glad I am one!!!

Very detailed inspection for $12!

First time customer and I am happy with the services provided. I work within a few miles of this location so the shuttle ride to/from was ideal! I knew I needed new tires when I brought my Honda in for the state inspection and oil change, but I didn't bring it up. Mark called me and said sooner rather than later was important for tire replacement. and we discussed a couple of options for replacements. They were able to provide a good quality tire at a competitive price, and they provided the service the same day.

As a widow of a US Marine Vietnam Veteran, I relied on him to handle all the maintenance and most of the driving. I'm not familiar with the mechanics of the auto, so I have to rely on maintenance services. I love my car and want to keep it as long as I can, as I did my husband! I called AAA where I have my insurance and recently took one of their classes for safety driving via the Internet. They recommended Complete Auto and have been delighted to make this relationship with one source instead of going back and forth with others. I made up a binder so I can keep track of my repairs and future maintenance. It gives me not only a great running car but also peace of mind and a sense of security. Recently, I took my car in to them to repair what I thought was a motor mount. They were honest and said I didn't need it yet. I was so relieved and overjoyed of their concern about me. I knew I also needed a serpentine belt so had them put that on. I asked them to check tire pressure, etc. since AAA recommends I do that every 30 days. It's not only having a good car, but also a good mechanic that's worth his weight in gold. Speaking of gold, I love the coupons that they send and I use. It helps so much with my Social Security pension. That means a lot to me. I would recommend them highly.

Needed a quick oil change since we were planning on going out of town. Everything was handled in a timely manner, allowing us to meet our time schedule. Thanks again for the professional and friendly service you provide.
