You did a inspection on my car. You guys left me without a break lite on left side. Still happy with service.

I do not live in Springfield. I travel Missouri and found the people here at Complete Automotive 2 years ago. I had just arrived here in town right before an important appointment with Springfield Schools. I had an unexpected flat tire and was certain that I was going to be late for my presentation. The people at Complete Automotive saved my day. I searched for a location near me that could be of help and I couldn't have been luckier. Not only did that take my car in at that moment to help me with my tire need but they cared about my particular predicament. They immediately sent out a member of their staff to pick me up, transfer my presentation items to their vehicle AND drive me to my appointment, in addition pick me up! All the while they worked on my vehicle. I just love this place. It is the greatest feeling now a days to work with people who really care. I decided to buy new tires here. They rotate them for me whenever I need whereas I travel Missouri working with library's and always want to get where I'm going safely and on time. I truly would recommend this business and give them 100 stars out of 5. :-)
