I especially like the photo documentation of the repair or inspection. Amazing service through and through. I moved to Springfield from out of state and this was my first shop to try out for general vehicle maintenance. Four years later, this is still the only shop I have had my vehicles serviced from. Everyone from the front desk to the technicians in the back are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. This was my 1st time to use their shop, I took my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee in get an oil & transmission leak fixed. Also to have them check my AC/Heater blower problems I'd been having. They fixed all the leaks & AC/Heater blower issues. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received & knowledgeable staff. My Service Advisor Tori, did a great job of informing me of the repairs I needed & answering questions I had. Their 3 year warranty & free shuttle service are a great feature also! I'll be using them in the future for any repairs I need on any of my vehicle's.

Great service that was done fast. I took my van in because there was an engine knock. They were honest and told me it wasn't really worth fixing. Will definitely be returning with my other vehicles!
